I would like to share my experience with James and Christina Spence. They made the experience of selling my house so great with the excellent knowledge of the contracts and helping to get money that I would have never known I need to be asking for. Christina help me with all the contract details and I was grateful for the time out of her day she spent to help me in the closing process. They were very patient and accommodating with my family. They took time to answer all of our questions. We were needing to get our home out of Chapter 13 and get it sold. We actually tried another buyer first. Who promised a closing date we could live with. We never were kept in the loop of what was going on and being told that some things couldnt be completed until 2 months had passed since my wifes passing. A few other items also stood out. I talked to a realtor friend who agreed something was not right. What we found was they buyer didnt have the money, they were using our home to get money. This buyer was not really a buyer but a wholesaler. It all came to head when at the end of the third month he couldnt close. No money. This is the third breach in the contract and they were unable to perform.This buyer then did not want to release us from the contract without getting $20K from a new buyer. We had to agree to let him keep his $500 Earnest money to make him go away. He had advanced $2,713 to us to get started with packing and getting an apartment. However, his delays caused us to spend $3,917.97 in outlays of own money just to stay in the house until closing. The buyer didnt even make a counter offer to try to keep the business. He essentially ghosted us. Very unprofessional.This is when I found JCA Freedom Home Investors through the help of my realtor friend. Christina & James Spence have been invaluable. They looked over the contracts in place and what has been happening and not happening. They gave us some very expert advice and just the nature of their presence and time in business gave us new hope. Turns out we were having issues with the title company also. JCA Freedom Investors stated they are not wholesalers and have cash to make all cash offers and that we could close in 2 weeks or a most 3. Just in getting the heir-ship documents in order took two weeks rather than 2 months and counting from before.We got the orders from the bankruptcy court of what was due to release the house, they even helped with our legal fees, which we repaid.Christine helped with getting the last of the stuff being moved out of the house and paid the mover for us, which again, we repaid. The whole move was done in 4 1/2 hours. Still finding homes for stuff, but working on it.I wholeheartedly recommend to to anyone selling a property to contact Christina and John Spence at JCA Freedom Home Investors. They are very honest, upfront, kept in constant communication and lived up to their word. I now count them as part of my family of Friends.
