I had a wonderful property manager, Stephanie Hernandez who took care of my property very well for about 2 years. She is very capable, responsive and amicable. I am very fortunate to have her as my manager because prior to her being my manager, I had a manager who did not attend to my properties need and did not respond to my service request repeatedly resulting in damage of my property and causing me severe financial damage.

UPDATE: The leasing manager Julie Mitchell is the best leasing manager in the business. Very responsive and attentive. Easy to work with and gets the job done, period!This is one of the best management companies around to rent from. If they rent to you and your record is a bit spotty, make sure you pay your rent on time.

Kyle’s customer service was on point. He showed up on time and was able to address all our issues within a day. He switched out our light bulbs, fixed our garbage disposal, and replaced our window screen. He even educated us on how to prevent our garbage disposal from clogging. I consider myself lucky.Jamison management company was refereed by a reputable firm. I called the owner Todd Slatcher on a Saturday morning, he was very friendly and efficient. He communicated with me throughout the entire weekend and agreed to have a short-term contract with a very reasonable monthly fee. It was a very easy and convenient process to start.Then Eric Jensen took over when Todd was on leave. Wow, another knowledgeable and professional individual like Todd! Because of Eric’s excellent communication skills and vast knowledge on what he does, he enhanced my communication with my tenant. We mutually agreed on all issues, and everything went smoothly.Todd and Eric also found a move-out cleaning service within 24 hours per my request.It was a beautiful short journey with Jamison management company, but I trust them and everything was well taken care of by them. I have already referred them to my family and friends.

Their maintenance is always great they respond fast and efficient the managers are awesome great and honest people. I really like the way they manage all their properties. I been with this company about 5 years and they have been the best. Everyone is polite, the neighbors are wonderful. It’s very clean the manager does a great job in keeping it nice. The company always makes sure all the maintenance are done in time and properly, every week the gardeners are here to clean and cut the grass and trim the flowers they also clean our parking lots weekly and twice a year they do a deep cleaning all around the apartments. It also has great security with key entrance to the apartments not just anyone can walk in and they have good surveillance.

A year ago we needed to rent a home for our family to come home to during holidays and other visiting times. We also needed a large enough home for storage as we were renovating our home of 32 years. We knew it was going to be a temporary situation. I have to say that Jamison Management was absolutely above average when there were any issues that needed to be done to the home. We were able to text Kevin or enter a request on our portal. The issue would be taken care of that day or the following work day. The home we rented was an older home and there were things such as plumbing, blinds breaking, garbage disposal etc…. Just normal issues that happen with older homes. Regardless of what it was, it never was a problem to get taken care of.I highly recommend Jamison Property Management if you are looking for a place to rent for you and your family. Kevin is great to work with.

Been living at this Jamison property over 2 years now. Still favorably impressed with company and on-site manager. Both have routinely responded quickly to my service/repair requests. Jamison maintenance workers always arrive when promised and resolve issues--even if it takes more than one visit. They are clean, courteous, competent. Theyre also friendly but not overly so. From my initial contacts thru application process up through today Ive been treated fairly and respectfully.ONE COMPLAINT: If I lose money because washer or dryer is broken, management no longer reimburses me. On-site manager said washers are Use at your own risk. That wasnt the case when I moved in. And theres no signage in laundry room to forewarn users. I moved in expecting to use on-site laundry amenity. If I cant achieve that, washers/dryers may as well not be here.To not rectify tenant loss is wrong. Plus quarters are too hard to come by. I put my $ in. In return I should get clean, dry laundry. If appliance fails I should get refund.

They go above and beyond to acomódate us and all the residents here, they understand the issues that arise and they manage to resolve them in a peaceful manner. Their humanity speaks volumes because they are very humble and respectful. They maintain the property in great condition and clean. They are also great in surveilling and making sure no unwanted people come in, so the security is safe. Larry is the best! I enjoyed living in the property he owned. I felt like he always took great care of me and had my best interest at heart.When I first came to look at the apartment, it was Sunday which meant it was the on site managers day off but he was kind enough to show me the place any way. While living there, I also locked myself out at night and he kindly let me back into my unit. My unit had new finishes and I enjoyed living there. The balcony was a fun extra. I always felt safe and comfortable in the unit. Being able to set up automatic rent payments was very helpful. I also liked the ability to make maintenance requests online via the website. The office staff was always responsive and helpful.Thank you Jamison Management for being a great property manager!

I would love to see some updates like elevators or cameras in our building but I feel like the monthly costs would increase and if living without them keeps my cost of living lower, Im okay with that! Jamison is always helpful, responsive and I love having on site managers. I do wish our washers and dryers were running more smoothly and I do wish that the intercom operated better at my building but overall its the best and safest decision Ive made and Im happy to be living in a place managed by JMC.

I have lived on Jamison property for 15 years and they have been great to me. Anytime I call, they come. I am just so upset because the apartment that is next door to me , three different people have rented it and stay awhile then sell the keys to squatters. All of a sudden all these different people appear in this apartment, and they are not tenants. What is so sad for us is there are 10 people in this one bedroom that are squatters and with Covid-19 eviction process at a standstill, I fear I will have to deal we this traffic for a while. I pray that Jamison Manager can get them out. They are walking around with no mask and letting anyone in the building into this apartment, if they were true tenants they would see the signs all over the building Must Wear A Mask. Also we pay for security locked doors and they leave water bottles stuck in the security door so they can get in and out. It is very scary because all these strange people just appear and you know they dont live here and it is not safe at all. I am hanging on, but fearful for my safety and the building. I caught one of the squatters letting her boyfriend and his gangster looking friend in our parking garage where she shouldnt be and they definitely should not be, they are not tenants. I pray this apartment is cleaned up soon.
