Mr. freeman was a great landlord. He was friendly and he never treated us bad. i see a lot of bad remarks about his business, but, as far as the house we were renting from him, we had no problems. every time we had a issue with anything he/ Ms. Martinez would get Miguel to fix it right away. They gave us a opportunity to rent from them and we appreciated it. we would still be renting from them but we decided to move to a different city and state for a better job opportunity. They are great people to rent from. I wish he had properties in the city we are moving to so we could rent from him. Thank you Mr. freeman and Ms. Martinez for every thing

I was a tenant for two years while JW Freeman was the property management company and I can honestly say I was happy with their service. Every issue I had they addressed it in a professional manner and as timely as possible. When you call they will ask a few questions to make sure a service really is needed (tips and tricks to get appliances to work). I could see how some people could take that negatively but I have always had that with property management companies and I think it’s good because it will save everyone time and money if nothing is needed. When we first moved in, the property was clean and maintained for the most part (light bulbs needed replacing, super easy fix). I left the property clean and I received my security deposit with the exception of the normal cleaning fee ive always been charged when moving out of a house. If I ever move to El Paso and need to rent I would feel comfortable with JW Freeman.

So friendly.Update: We have been renting for several months now and the office staff has been very professional, no one is rude to us ever. Maintainance always communicates with us before coming to the house to fix something. We really appreciate that they are not a helicopter property manager like weve had in the past, where they just show up and enter the property do an inspection for whatever reason.

Our experience has been great! Realtor Gloria Martinez took the time to take care of our needs. Mr. Freeman is also really down to earth. I’ve rented from other property managers here in El Paso with J W Freeman having the best customer service. Highly recommended

Mr. Freeman is great he cares about the house he manages whenever it comes to repairs and all. I’ve been in the home for 3 years without no issues nor problems.
