I now have three people I’d rent from in all of Abilene and Ivey Properties is one. They care about fixing things, and that’s lacking with nearly every property management company that I’ve dealt with. Greg is very on top of following up and the whole process. The people they send out for walkthroughs and maintenance care about any issues that come up. Randy is a great guy to rent from. I am grateful!

I’ve rented from Mr. Randy before. I highly recommend him. He is a great example of what taking care of business means.I’ve watched his business grow over the years. Randy is a stand up guy. He does the right thing for both tenants and owners, equally. Until I sold, Randy managed a troublesome property for me. He kept his cool through all the hiccups, handling himself like a gentleman. If Randy agrees to manage your property I would look no further, hes your man.

I have rented 2 properties from Ivey Property Management. I was in the first house for three years and am in my second year at my new rental. I absolutely love this company. Randy is always quick with a response if any issues arise and will have them resolved in a timely manner. He is always willing to work with me in any situation that may arise as he understands times in life can be hard. As long as I rent I will never go with another rental company. They truly do care about their tenants!
