I have lived at ITEX property, Southwood Crossing, for around 10 years. During that time I can honestly say that it has only improved. It has gone from a good property, to almost rubble after Hurricane Harvey, to an excellent property after renovations.The management and staff are dedicated to the residents in all ways. Safety is a priority as well as customer service. Our property is now gated and well lit.The management and staff have gone above and beyond for me, personally, when I was having a problem with the avenue in which we pay our rent. It wouldnt take mine, which was a huge problem. The ITEX staff, Ms. Daigle, and the propety manager, Ms. Idrienne, worked on this non stop until the problem was resolved.I enjoy living here, as there are always social functions happening with an emphasis on our children. All holidays are celebrated with them in mind.If you are looking for a place to live, you should definitely give ITEX properties, specifically Southwood Crossing a try. You wont regret our community here.

Hmm ...they tested my water for lead and air for Radon, So?I live in one with my 89 year old mother, I will not say what apartment complex we live in. Either we are lucky or maybe one or some people are just wound up too tight, I could be wrong about the reviews.For now it seems adults run and live in my ITEX apartment and we are happy to be here.maybe we could find a better then again we could have done worst too. No, We dont get paid or have special treatment..this is an unpaid review. Things CAN change so quickly for anybody life is really like that.

The regional office has very good staff that truely cares about residents. They try very hard, but sometimes properties dont go along with that value.
