What a fantastic location on the island. There’s so much you can access by just walking out your doorstep. The unit is One of the nicest that we have stayed at and the property management is very responsive and was great to work with.Do unit has a fully stocked kitchen private entrance in the rear with outdoor shower which was great so we didn’t track sand into the unit. We would love to stay here again and being two minutes from the beach was such a blessing. We were surprised that we were walking distance to the Tuesday firework show, go karts, pizza and food trucks.

We loved our stay at The Blue Heron House. Serena was a patient and gracious host and the property was exactly as pictured and described. It was a great location being a stones throw from both the beach and the convenience store. If we make it back to SPI, well definitely be staying here again.

Serena at Island Rentals SPI was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive before and during our vacation. She quickly answered our questions. We only had one issue during our month long stay-our condo’s charcoal grill was broken, rusted and was basically unusable and within the day Serena had gotten us a new one. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We cooked in several times a week and the kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed. The beds were really comfortable. We were a few minutes walk away from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely use Serena at Island Rentals SPI to book our next stay on South Padre Island.

Beautiful Condo that is supplied with everything you need. Beach wagon, toys, umbrella, chairs and etc. Excellent kitchen assortment of supplies, cookware & utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony view is amazing equipped with tables and chairs. Serena the property manager is very attentive and checks in on our stay. I would highly recommend Serena to find you a happy stay on South Padre Island.

Serena was amazing would definitely work with her again. The reason for the 4 star was nothing she did, Serena made sure we had everything we needed, coffee, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, kitchen was well stocked. If I had any questions she got back to me quickly! Our condo on the other hand had issues, although it was beautiful and looked like the pictures, the master had no windows so was very dark, the entire condo was dark, not much light. The hot tub never worked and the pool was shaded from 11am on and was not heated. It was very noisy with barking dogs starting at 7 am daily. Workers playing very loud music, and the saws and drilling was also annoying. Would I work with Serena again, yes! Would I stay in this condo again, probably not!

We stayed at Gulf point, what a great and clean, accommodating unit just few minutes walk to beach, driving and walking distance to restaurants. Pool and hot tub was nice after a day at the beach. Nice charcoal grills spots throughout, liked the doggie poo stations . Will stay again, and was able to see SpaceX launch on last day. Lots of traffic leaving lol.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Serena helped my beautiful wife and I enjoy a honeymoon getaway. The whole experience went off without a hitch, the moment from booking to the end of our trip was unrivaled. Take this from me, I would not hesitate to use their services again, thank you so much for adding to our experience.

From start to finish Serena saw to it that we would have a wonderful time and great experience for our vacation in SPI! Even though OVT doesn’t offer “concierge service”, Serena at Island Rentals SPI makes up for that and offers you whatever you may need or want to have the best experience on the Island. I highly recommend using her services for your next weekend, week or month rental! Our place at OVT was excellent and we can’t wait to go back!

This condo is the absolute best I have ever had in South Padre. Beautifully designed, thoughtful and attention to every detail. Everything you need and more. From the choice of coffee makers spices, excellent cookware & utensils right down to chip clips, to all the beach necessities readily accessible & available. The beds were so comfy, we all slept well! The views were amazing, both from balcony & bay view. The owners were excellent to work with, quick response, and went that extra mile to make sure you had everything you needed to insure the perfect stay! We will be back!

The owner has gone way above and beyond any condo I’ve ever rented. She was very kind, responsive and wonderful to deal with. The unit was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the view is perfection! I was also extremely impressed with the maintenance staff. They were hard working, thoughtful and respectful. The entire Ocean Vista Towers property is very clean and meticulously maintained. I highly recommend this unit and would happily stay in it or any others the owner has.

Beautiful property, corner unit with floor to ceiling view of the ocean. Updated, well maintained and beautifully decorated! Property manager is easily reached and prompt to answer questions. Our group would stay here again and again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and Serena, very responsive to my questions and the condo is very clean, updated, open and comfortable! They posted the security deposit right away and through an error on my part I didn’t receive it, but I wasn’t aware of it. Serena reached out to me to accept the refund and worked with me to get it squared away. I will be booking here every time I visit South Padre Island. Lovely place, lovely people and we had a very lovely vacation!

You gotta try this one out. Real cozy and enough bedding for 3 couples. We are like family and we really enjoyed the stay in this condo. Love the tranquility and peace. Its also great location to beach and restaurants not much to travel and great Host by the way Serena. We booked it for a fishing tournament and always had great communication with Host. Was very responsive and on top of how things going. The rooms are excellent. No bunk beds. POOL is small but its ok we didnt really went to the pool. 2nd story u dont have to worry about hearing footsteps on top of you at night lol. But we will be going back again just for a beach weekend pretty soon.

Serena is by far the most knowledgable about how to market properties and retain renters to keep coming back. They handle their business and are super responsive.

Super great experience nice walk out to the beach the condos are neat and clean they provide beach chairs towels and beach toys no need to take extra stuff full mind blowing experience will go again before summer is over 😊🏝️✨

We had a great stay! Everything you could think of was provided. Whenever we travel, we always bring games along with us for the kids and we never even unpacked them. There were games here and on rainy days my kid’s had a kick playing old school Nintendo. The place was clean, the views amazing, the beds comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with any pot/pan/coffee pot you could need in a kitchen! Sand toys and wagon and chairs provided. Fully loaded. We will absolutely be back!

The staff at Island Beachfront Rentals always go above and beyond to ensure that our property is generating the best reviews. Theyre currently managing one of our short term rentals on South Padre Island and we are looking forward to them managing more units for us. Stayed here with my wife and two kids a few weeks back. Absolutely perfect spot to get away with close proximity to the beach. It was clean and comfortable and the property managment went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasureable as possible. Definitely recommend for a quick family trip!
