    As the owner of investment properties, I am very pleased with Investors Property Management. They have systems in place that provide detailed accounting of income and expenses, maintenance, repairs and tenant retention. They are very knowledgeable of the market rents to suggest adjustments. Also, they have provided other investment opportunities. I self-managed prior to IPM, I now trust them entirely. No regrets.

    I was reluctant to get a property manager… but I decided to give it a try with IPM. I truly couldn’t be happier - it was an excellent business decision. I fully trust their experience, judgment, and advice, plus I don’t have to worry about the day-to-day issues of having rental properties. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

    I’ve rented from them for years and always have great service, if you ever have an issue it’s always solved quickly. I’ve dealt with other property management companies in Fort Smith and Investors Property Management has been the best and it’s always quick and easy getting you into the place you want. They have places for any budget.

    IPM on S Waldron Rd in Fort Smith has a great team. They are all friendly, prompt and professional. The few times that we needed maintenance, that was pretty prompt talso. We first rented from them 3 years ago, and the process was pretty quick and simple. It took no time for us to find a place through them. We recently needed to move and Garrett (Great Guy) had us in a place in no time. He is always super friendly and helpful as can be. I can highly recommend them.

    Exceptional service with very polite and courteous/helpful staff! Our application process was smooth and pretty consistent with the other places that weve rented from. Application fees and deposit requirements were relatively affordable.I havent had the need to call them for maintenance yet, but Im sure that Josh and Garrett will be on top of it when/if I call!

    IPM is hands down the best management company we have ever rented under. The people in the office are so friendly. Our whole 2 years with them has been a very good experience. Weve had very few, very minor inconveniences and they have been prompt to fix them. Clean, quiet neighborhoods. Great company!

    We just recently found a wonderful house in Greenwood through Investors Property Management. The staff there are wonderful. They were very helpful with the technology related to the application and move in process. (Technology is not my friend) once we we moved in, there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and this is where they really shine. Each issue was addressed quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. Management always got in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything was handled properly. We are very impressed and highly recommend this company.

    Great place to live. Very quiet and peaceful. Great landlords. Management is great. I changed from a furnished unit to a non furnished unit. I drove from another state with a truck full with my belongings. On my way to get the key I was late, management was kind enough to stay past their business hours to ensure I get the key. For that I am forever grateful. Maintenance also great. They take care maintenance problems promptly and also follow up to ensure everything is taken care of.

    This is my first time living on my own and they have made the process so easy for me. I have a couple of friends who have rented through them in the past and had such great things to say. They noticed a leak in my apartment before I was to be moved in and got it quickly fixed for me. The guys at the front desk are sweet and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place!

    Renting through IPM has been a refreshing experience. We love the home and the neighborhood as well. My wife and I have had bad experiences as renters in the past but the folks at IPM have shown us what its like to have people who actually care about their tenants. Garrett and Teresa have been extremely responsive and helpful whenever a maintenance issue arises and we are so grateful for it.

    They’re the 4th property management company I’ve used over the 9 years I’ve been investing in real estate. THEY ARE THE BEST ONE IN MY EXPERIENCE: in terms of screening renters, property upkeep and rehab, record keeping, marketing, and communicating with the owner. Wish I could have used their services a lot sooner.

    I would highly recommend Investors Property Management to anyone who is self-managing their investment properties. I would almost guarantee you will end up making more money by having them manage your property. They are very proactive with reasonable rent rate increases, tenant screenings, and making sure you get your property back in good condition. They have been managing our properties since 2019 and I couldnt be happier.

    My son lived in one of the apartments for over a year. We found the staff at the office and in the maintenance department to be very nice, responsive, and professional. We received our entire deposit back when moving from the property. We did, however, leave the apartment in EXCELLENT shape.... everything cleaned, nail holes filled, scuffs touched up (paint was provided upon request!) Would highly recommend.

    I moved into my duplex on April 6, 2018, and vacated on May 24, 2019 due to family needing assistance. I loved my duplex!! The maintenance gentlemen was awesome. Any time I needed something looked at, it was done within hours. The office ladies were always very nice. I only moved out due to helping my son and daughter in law. I would have continued to stay there for at least a few more years. It really was a very good place to live.

    I recently moved into an apartment with IPM. A few days ago I noticed that I had a small leak in my sink so I used the app and filed a maintenance request. IPM had an incredibly fast response and the issue was fixed right away. The communication was amazing and friendly, IPM genuinely cares for their tenants!

    When I have issues that need attention..I notify them,the mgrs..and they promptly take care of sending the technicians out to take care of matters.. and then they even check back, to see if everything was taken care of.The technicians they have sent out,have been very polite,, courteous, respectful,and clean up after themselves..No complaints here..

    We decided to move from one city to another and Kim Newell was absolutely amazing! She did whatever she could to get us into the home we wanted. She could have said sorry, no, bye . Instead she bent over backwards to make sure we had a home as soon as possible. The home is beautiful and not overpriced.
