I want to say how impressed I am with Lawrences professionalism, knowledge and experience in the Dallas real estate market. When I was looking for a realtor/broker, I thought the best thing was to go with a big name company. After interviewing several realtors, Lawrence stood out. I liked that he is a small boutique firm and knew I would get the personal service I was looking for. Lawrence always responded to my emails and calls quickly. When I gave him my criteria on buying a home, he promptly researched and presented me with amazing options. The entire process was smooth and effortless. I greatly recommend Intown Dwellings Realty.

Lawrence managed a duplex for me for years. He was an amazing property manager--always kept us with great tenants and made sure that they were well treated and taken care of, found affordable and also quality solutions for maintenance issues with an older property (which were there before I hired Lawrence), always looking ahead to trouble shoot, and just made everything quite smooth and easy. And, on top of everything else, Lawrence has an absolutely delightful personality and is a joy to work with. Lawrence is an absolutely top notch property manager that I very highly recommend!

Buying a house in Dallas can be a daunting experience. The perfect house can come and go very quickly. Lawrence was great at helping us navigate such a fast paced market. He was very encouraging when our home search at times seemed hopeless. He was always available and willing to take us to see new houses on very short notice. While working with him, he makes you feel as though you are his only client. Once we found the perfect home for us, his sage advice made the home-buying process as painless and streamlined as possible. He was always on top of things and stayed in close contact, reminding us of important dates, throughout the process. He is a professional who obviously enjoys what he does and takes pride in the service he provides. Lawrence started off as our realtor and ended up becoming a family friend! We will definitely use him when we make our next move.

We used Lawrence to sell our house this past December. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond getting our house ready to go on the market. He took care of every detail. He was always available for showings and held several open houses despite it being the busy holiday season. He was able to deliver a result quickly and negotiated well with the buyers agent. It was a hectic time for my family and he made the extra effort to make the process as seamless and easy as possible. Not only did he tell me the most cost effective way to update my home, he kept in constant touch with me. I received a great sale price for my home. I recently worked with Lawrence Mendive at Intown Dwellings and it was a really great experience. I’m new to Texas, and Dallas, and was looking into listings that looked great online. When I drove around I quickly became discouraged because the surrounding areas were not locations I wanted to reside.
