Moved into the Weaver the week after Internacional Realty became property manager. Despite some confusion, I was able to get ahold of the property manager and he assured me that my roommate and I would be able to move in as expected. We were able to move in as expected, and the staff working in the office during move in were able to answer all of our questions and were honest about their transition situation.Given that the transition between Greystar and Internacional Realty was difficult and IR did not have access to records for a couple weeks, I am impressed by how calmly the team handled it. Everyone I spoke with was informative and kind.Weve been especially pleased with Allie, the permanent staff member at the Weaver. She is always available at her desk and willing to put our concerns to rest. I have emailed her at least 10x and stopped by her desk another 10x since moving in 45 days ago. We appreciate her reliability, transparency and kindness. We hope she stays at the property :).

I moved into Cordevalle, one of the properties managed by Internacional, about 2 months ago. The website looks good, but doesnt begin to do this property justice. Its very well maintained and the staff are excellent. Special thanks to John for always going the extra mile. I use the on site gym a lot and have had no issues. The team is also pet friendly! Being a father of four I like this place for my family.

I moved to San Antonio seven years ago to attend university and during my stay I lived in several apartment properties. Ive experinced good and mostly bad customer service from office employees, but Alfred Henderson is one of the good ones. He took the time to go over my final move out bill and always answered my questions instead of passing it on.

It’s not everyday you come across EXCELLENT (let alone good) customer service. Alfred Henderson is the epitome of it. I can’t say enough about how timely and professional his assistance was in helping me and my wife solve our issues. I hope whoever’s reading this gets lucky enough to have Alfred assist you, and to whoever hired him you are extremely fortunate to have him on your team. If you want prosperous results for your business in the future, he needs to be the head of it or at least in a supervisor role. Whatever you do compensate him well for what he brings to your company - you won’t regret it.

I had previously moved out of a complex I was at for two years. I owed a small fee and was having issues with my credit card. Alfred from Snap Recovery was so helpful and understanding. Thanks for all your help Alfred! Grateful for employees like you in these hard times!

I have lived at an Internacional apartment for 3 years and have had a great experience. I havent had a reason to contact the corporate office but I assume the community is ran well because of good leadership.
