    My third lease with Indio is coming to a close because I am moving to another state. My interactions with Indio have been very pleasant. I believe the maintenance and ground crews are extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. My leasing agent has always been professional, attentive, friendly, and honest. I lived in two Indio managed properties and always felt very safe, very heard, and valued as a tenant. I was always blown away at how patient my leasing agent, property manager, and especially the maintenance guys were with me because I definitely had my moments of melt downs and ramblings on and on -they listened, validated, and treated me with respect every time. Thank you David, Carlos, Daniel, awesome yard guys, maintenance guys, and everyone else from Indio that Ive interacted with over the years. Ill miss yall. My experience was FIVE STARS + -RR

    I’ve lived at my Indio property for over two years. Marcus is my property manager and goes above and beyond to take care of everything and anything and is always prompt and professional when I call or email him.The maintenance team is fantastic!! The portal to turn maintenance requests in is easy to navigate, immediately receive an email and they are here and take care of business. They are prompt efficient and friendly.I would highly recommend living at a property managed by this company. Sorry to read that other people are having issues but I’ve never had any problems at my DEVONSHIRE rental.Great job!!!!

    UPDATE: Maintenance has come, and seems to have implemented a solution to this issue, I’m happy they have responded to this issue quickly and I hope that it is successful! After the next rainfall I will update again!So far I have lived at an Indio Management property called The District since mid June. In the last couple of weeks my apartment has flooded twice and almost flooded one other time. The back patio completely floods with water and it starts spilling in through the walls and the door. My bedroom, closet and laundry room get flooded with about an inch or two of water. Though they send maintenance out much later to try and deal with the issue (I have no issue with maintenance they come out in a timely manner and have fixed any request I have had living here no matter how minimal) by then the water has already soaked into the floor and walls and the team sent out after maintenance that comes hardly has the proper procedures for assessing water damage and preventing black mold. This is obviously an issue that needs to be fixed immediately, especially coming into fall/ winter as I’m sure we’ll be expecting more rain. Every time we get the slightest rainfall I have to worry about my apartment flooding and then have to deal with the mess after by myself attempting to clear the water before it soaks in and cleaning the copious amounts of mud coating the floor. When I email the property manager Marcus, he sent out maintenance and that is all. There is nothing maintenance can do until the property manager approves the solution to this problem, by putting in a second pump so that the drain system works properly! Apparently this has been an ongoing issue as my neighbors on either side have dealt with this issue multiple times living here longer than I have. Get this problem fixed now ! And properly assess water damage to prevent black mold and make sure there isn’t already black mold living under the vinyl flooring and in the walls so that your residents don’t get sick! We shouldn’t have to worry about our apartments flooding every time it rains let alone actually have to walk around in water and let our things get damaged as our apartments fill up with water regularly ! The current drain system can not even keep up with 30 minutes of rain before mine and my neighbors apartments begin to flood !!

    Let me be honest- when i first moved into Fisher Trails, There was a complete lack of communication with our property manager. There would be no responses, we would leave voicemail after voicemail pertaining to our pet rent, portal, maintenance, HOWEVER- we got a new property manager who is phenomenal. Lisa goes above and beyond, she’s so personable. Maintanence is also phenomenal! I adore Calvin. Calvin is always so professional, quick, and willing to do other work if asked, and often times he will just take it upon himself to ask if we need anything else done while he’s here. I go as far as requesting Calvin to come do all our work. I reside in Fisher Trails and I love the quietness of our neighborhood, and the convenience to 75 and all the shops we are located near.Update: My feedback has always been 5 stars- but I did want to heavily note that I’m so thrilled to have had the pleasure to live here. This was my first experience living in an apartment, and it was amazing. I cannot rave enough about Lisa, Calvin, or Javier. Every apartment has issues and I’ve been so horrified as I look at other apartments as I’m moving out of state, that I just need Indio management to open in other states as well, because that’s how positive the experience has been. There’s always an open line of communication and issues are resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend Indio Management and I also recommend Fisher Trails- especially if you love dogs! So many cute faces & all owners are responsible, and the dogs are all friendly. I could truly write a novel about our positive feedback and experience.

    Not a bad place to rent from. Will rent again, would definitely recommend. They rent to all types of people unlike many real estate companies will not rent you a place in an affluent area if you are not a certain race. I like this about Indio. They have tons of apts to choose from, some in great neighborhoods.The only issue I had was the application process could be confusing since several different people will email throughout the process. Also, make sure you get your renters insurance together as they will charge you from LeaseTrak, and it is difficult to get your money back once they start taking money.

    This is hands down the best management company I have ever dealt with. Anessa is the best, Imelda is so helpful and understanding she really will work with your situation the best she can. And most of all Meagan is a Godsend. She has helped me every step of the way and EVERY MANAGEMENT COMPANY NEEDS TO FOLLOW HER when it comes to customer service because she set the bar very high. Everytime I call they do everything in their power to help me. It took me some time coming out of homelessness but they helped me get back on track. I keep them in my prayers because we need more people like them in management roles. Thank you Meagan and may God bless you and your family and may he bless you with all your heart desires. INDIO MANAGEMENT IS TOP TIER, A THOUSAND OUT OF 10!

    LISA SMITH everyone!!!!! Since day 1 she has never failed us and has always been readily available for any of our questions or concerns. By far the best property manager I’ve ever had, and has made our stay here more than welcoming. We would not be leaving if we weren’t buying a house, but our place was the perfect gem to prepare us for this next adventure. This place wouldn’t have been what it was without Lisa’s professionalism and eccentric personality to make you feel at home! Going to miss her dearly!

    Im thoroughly pleased with the management! They literally go above and beyond for every request Ive ever made. They take excellent care of the property/landscaping. Ive had family in from out of town and they always comment on how our grass is the greenest on the street, and it really is!! Lisa, our apartment manager, is literally amazing!! She responds quickly and work orders are done within a few hours to at most a day. Im so happy I leased with Indio Management. Id give them 10 stars if i could!

    We have been living in an Indio management property since Dec of 2016 and are moving to another larger Indio property soon. Sarah was fantastic and a breeze to work with recently as we searched to upgrade to a larger apartment. She was incredibly helpful to us by taking us to a number of different properties until we found just the right. Thanks Sarah! Indio staff have always been professional, warm, generous, and quick to respond any time weve had questions. I HIGHLY recommend renting from them. Its been the best renting experience Ive had and Ive been renting various places around town since 2004!

    So far, I have had a GREAT experience. Ashley Ward was SO very helpful and patience in assisting me to find a new place. She was very friendly and organized, professional and accommodating. Jessica Lopez was also very helpful in processing my application as she processed my application and prepared my lease within 24-48 hours. She answered all of my questions and did so in a timely and professional manner. I am super excited about moving into my new place soon! :)

    I have lived at an Indio Management property for a year now and love it! My apartment is in a great location, reasonable rent and has lots of space. The few maintenance issues I had were responded to quickly and fixed the first time someone came out. Marc has been wonderful as my contact for the property. He responds to e-mails right away and is always caring and helpful. My property is a mix of families, young professionals and older people. Everyone is friendly and respectful of each other. The grounds of the property are kept clean and is gated, which is a nice plus.

    Imelda Gonzalez was extremely helpful with processing me through the application process. She is very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure her tenants are taken care of! When I have had small maintenance issues this company has handled them urgently and with care. I love my new apartment and would highly recommend their company!

    I have never been to Indio before and was referred by a friend. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed working with the Director of Leasing, Jessica. She was very prompt in responding to any questions I had, and was proactive in letting me know the office was closing early for the weekend so I was able to arrange for pick up of my keys to my new place. I had a great experience with them, and look forward to being a tenant for a long time!

    I just finished my first year at the apartments where I live. I would like to commend Indio Management and specifically Marc Reverie for his true customer service and follow-through. I wanted something I could rent alone without breaking the bank. After showing me a more expensive property, he told me that there was something a little closer to my price range and affordability just a few blocks away. To that end, I toured three different apartment sizes in the location. He was on time, he was efficient without being pushy, and he even had a sense of humor, which I appreciate in another human, let alone a leasing agent. The personality of the unit I leased is what convinced me that the property is where I wanted to live, and I am about to sign my second lease this month. I appreciate Marc for being on top of his game. I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a place to live without hesitancy. Ask for him when you call or email.

    Update 2/25/2019 - I wanted to also post a shout out to Marcus Ellis. I emailed Marcus this morning and he replied about an hour later! Very fast to reply and very helpful! I needed a few things and they were taken care of by 5pm!!! Less than 24 hrs. WwwHHAATTT You just dont run across great service like that in Dallas. I am so blessed to be working with such a GREAT team of people!Oh! and Kenny G! thanks for helping me find this beautiful apartment. You were AWESOME! I told you I wanted this apartment and you were very encouraging and supportive!Jessica Director of Leasing Operations @ Indio Management was super helpful, from helping me with the application to making sure that I completed and turned in all documentation required before my move. She is always quick to respond to my (dozens) email questions. She was also available by phone, every time I called. I have had such a great experience and Jessica helped take some of the stress out of moving!Thank you!

    My husband and I live on one of the properties managed by Indio Management. The staff has continued to be very attentive to our needs or issues that may arise. I love my apartment, the neighbors are quiet and everyone seems to mind theyre own business. Im sure we will renew our lease when it ends. The two negatives about our property is the parking (its atrocious), and the outside of the property is definitely not attractive.

    I had a great experience finding an apartment with Indio and Erin in particular. I was only in Dallas for a weekend on really short notice to look at apartments that I needed to move into within the week. They were really understanding and got me in to see several places. Erin was so great throughout the process and even held my apartment while I was making my decision because she knew how much I loved it. Ive lived here a few weeks now and have had great experiences every time Ive interacted with anyone at the office or from maintenance.

    Indio recently took over management of my apartment complex. They came in within 24 hours of a maintenance request to fix what needed to be done on our unit. Yvette communicated with us throughout the day what was happening and when to expect assistance. She was wonderful! The repairman was polite, professional, and very organized.

    Apartment hunting was such a stressful time for me but Ashley and Jessica made it extremely easy and stressless. Their tours were really detailed and Ashley was quick to answer all of my questions. Even when she didnt know the answers right away she emailed me right when she got back to her office or home, and would reply at any time of the day. Once my mind was made up and the offer letter to apply was sent, Jessica made the process effortless and didnt require me to travel at all to move in. She also gave me ample time to set up all my accounts which lessened the weight of trying to work at my job and move into a new place at the same time. I havent had any complications with them and their attitude towards everything is much better than Ive encountered with most other real estate companies. I havent met Marcus yet but he has done a great job of being quick to respond to all my transactions on the website and email me my information within an hour. Great experience overall.

    Ive lived at the same Indio-managed property (Apartments on M-Streets) for about 20 months. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with (i) the quality of my apartment and the renovated amenities the Indio team added, and (ii) the responsiveness of the Indio team and its maintenance staff.Adding to the second point, my apartments manager (Marcus Ellis) has consistently gone above and beyond to proactively address and resolve any reported issues at the property, and makes himself available on short notice should I have any questions or concerns. While my friend was living at Ross & Matilda (another Indio property), they emphasized how quickly they noticed positive changes to the property after Marcus had been assigned the new manager.In short, I would highly recommend living at an Indio property.

    I had a little over two weeks to move to Dallas for a job promotion. With no time to fly down here and look at places, I was stuck looking online and hoping for the best. I called Indios office and spoke with Erin. She was great. I let her know what I was looking for and she gave me a few options in my budget and target location. They had a lot of pictures of my unit online making my decision less of a shot in the dark. Erin made sure the process was as easy as possible, with all of the paperwork being online. I was even able to put my deposit down using my card, no hassle of mailing a check.The apartment is basically brand new after an impressive remodel and was very reasonably priced.Only thing negative I could say is that your only option for internet is AT&T. It painstakingly slow and they have terrible customer service. Small price to pay though for what I got.Would definitely recommend giving Erin and Indio Management a call if youre looking for a new apartment.

    If you are looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend The Marquee on Gaston Avenue managed by Indio Management. I moved here about 5 months ago and I love it. The property is well kept, the rent is VERY reasonable and the maintenance staff is courteous, friendly and always quick to respond. Heather Tincher, the property manager, is absolutely amazing! She is really easy to get along with, is kind, understanding and always responds to questions or issues in a timely manner. I can honestly say that Heather is by far the best landlord I have ever had and Indio is lucky to have her.

    This is an appreciation post for Lisa Smith. Shes a manager at the corporate office and helped me tremendously when something appeared on my credit report from this property which I have never lived at. She went above and beyond to get this cleared up when she didnt have to. Whats it to her if that gets cleared or not?? I was applying at other apartments not managed by Indio but even still, she made calls, wrote letters and made sure that was taken off my report. As I mentioned Ive never lived at any of their properties, but if this is how she treats non-residents, I can only assume she treats residents even better. I couldnt have done this without her and it was done so timely as well. Much appreciated Lisa...

    I was in search of a new apartment with less rent and found Indio properties on Craigs List. I had the fortune to find a property right off the bat I immediately love! I also had the fortune to have Erin Cesla as my agent. She is warm, friendly, upbeat and very customer service focused. What a great experience from the start! The other staff Ive spoken to have been great as well. I cant wait to move into my new place in August!

    I moved to Dallas about a year and a half ago. The first apartment I rented (with another property managment co.) left a lot to be desired. I was anxious to find a place that felt more like home. I contacted several property management companies to start my search. Indio Management was by far the most responsive. They arranged for me to view several properties in the Old East Dallas area. I wish I could remember the name of the leasing agent who showed me around that day because he was really awesome! Patient, attentive, not pushy in the slightest. Every property I viewed was well kept, well-appointed, clean, and reasonably priced. I had a difficult time choosing between the Principal Residences (seriously one of the coolest buildings Ive ever seen) and the Royal Palms. I ended up choosing the Royal Palms and moved in October. I absolutely love my apartment! It is a renovated building and they really did a great job with the fixtures, flooring, lighting, etc. The courtyard area is really neat! Besides the apartment itself, I just love my experience with everyone at Indio Management. They have been responsive and welcoming. Lisa S. is seriously one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Ive never been able to say that about a landlord. I highly recommend Indio Management. Their properties are unique and have character and are located in some of the coolest neighborhoods. The apartment search and application process was quick and easy. And once youre a resident, they treat you like they are glad you chose them.

    Fidteen Forty ApartmentsMaintenance, neighbors are sweet. Decent area. Public gym, near lots of stores. In the city. Walkable. School nect door. Local buisness near by.Had a gym that is not open to residents and a hang out room nobody uses and is used as a ploy on their apartment marketing site.The units dont look like that, only sometimes. And its the knock off version.Common Laundry area have 2 washers 2 dryers and one is missing a lint catcher. Thats a fire hazard.I had to fix the bathroom cabinet because the divider was uneven and the doors left an hole in the middle. They drilled the divider to the cabinet door. Weird ?I30 is gross and congested here all the time.Febuary 2021My complex website has been down for about 3 rent cycles AND I paid My rent late because I was off by $15 and was not sure how much extra I owe due to the site being down. It is your responsibility to work around our schedule not us around yours. If i worked a 9 to 5 I would never find time to pay the rent. I was charged a $50 fee I believe needs to be waived. I called earlier today have not gotten a response.Febuary 8thI posted this two weeks ago. I have not been contacted via email or text. This is very annoying. The site is still down.Febuary 11th now & I still have no response from them with the email you provided and voice-mail messages seem to maybe go unchecked.I did however talk to a Ms. Miller during some downtime at work and she was very helpful. Sent me an email and is forwarding my concerns to the regional manager. Thank you.June 2022I am being charged a $6 credit enrollment fee I cannot unenroll from via the rent portal and Ive talked to my manager many times about it . I am being charged gas seperate from water when our unit doesnt have gas. My rent should be 1025, it is actually 1174 with all these ridiculous fees like a $4 rent fee. Girl I pay 1100 in rent !? What rent fee are you talking about? On top of that I cannot pay my rent early because fees are added at the END of the month. The site is confusing and billing should be made more user friendly.My roomate talked down the rent by 100 because they were charging things we did not agree to on the lease.Long after my lease has endedI was sent a collections letter to the wrong forwarding address. Stated I owe 500. Anyway I lost the letter LOL. This place kept my deposit and I owe them money? Nah you can keep my deposit 🤣 also the website no longer exists and I do not believe it is associated with indio managment any longer. Could not find this place on their site. This is a SLUM lord unit.The place sucks so much that all my neighbors congratulated me on my move.

    The office staff for Indio is amazing! Ashley and Jessica assisted my son and girlfriend in what I consider record time in finding and moving into an apartment. Communication and follow through were superior. I own rental units in my home state and as good as my property management company is, they dont measure up to Indios customer service. Highly recommend!

    We have had a great experience with Indio starting with the initial call. We feel extremely lucky to have gotten Norma as our point of contact. She is professional, thoughtful, communicative, and a great listener. She has personalized our experience and we’ve never felt like we are just a transaction. She and Roxanna have done a great job with patience, communication and understanding during this minimal contact/social distancing time. We highly recommend Indio Management.

    Zain at Indio Managment has went above and beyond for me during my leasing of the District. When one of their employees was let go during my application process, she quickly and seamlessly took over and helped me get from Application to Move-In in less than a week. She went above and beyond to make sure my rent check was received when the courier accidentally dropped it off across the street at the wrong address! I can’t say enough good things about her! Definitely a stellar experience

    I have just moved into the Marquee, and I am overwhelming pleased with the property manager Lisa Smith. If a maintenance issue comes up, her team is right there to fix whatever. Lisa is reachable anytime, as she answers her phone no matter the time. I am so happy with my new home, and Lisa Smith, the property manager. She deserves a raise, in my humble opinion.     I recently applied for an apartment and was helped by Ashley. She assisted me with any question and problems I had before I even applied for my apartment. Most management companies wont help , they just tell you to apply. Shes really a Rock Star and made me feel comfortable about applying for my apartment. A lot of companies need more employees like her who actually cares about their future tenants.. Thanks keep her around !!!

    Indio Management is fantastic. Our property manager, Lisa Smith, is nothing short of amazing. She’s very responsive, communicated every single issue, and ensures that our property is being well-maintained. Maintenance is also a huge plus with Indio. Calvin, our usual maintenance guy, is so efficient and always willing to do anything extra that we may need. Lisa and Calvin go above and beyond for residents. We live in Fisher Trails and have a nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, while we wish it was bigger, it certainly is priced fairly and has many amenties (built in washer/dryer unit, updated interior, and dog park). Highly recommend.

    I love love love love my new apartment at Tenison at White Rock! Rachael Duran and her team made me feel very welcome! Theyve answered all my questions, maintenance requests are usually handled the same day or the next day. Evelyn even helped us get our fat kitten unstuck from behind the boiler. I am happy to be a resident for the coming year. My only regret if I had one is that there were no larger 1 bedrooms available on the first floor when I needed to move in. Other than that, I have no complaints. Rachael, Evelyn and Jennifer are very nice, professional and kind. Thank you!!

    Great customer service, communicating with them was never an issue. Ms.Ashley is such a sweetheart, she understood I was on a time crunch trying to find an apartment and she got into her schedule with no issues to show me the property. Ms.Jessica is truly amazing any questions or concerns I had about the process she was right there to help me. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

    I have lived in their Marquita Court Property since June 2017. Anyone looking for Lower Greenville amenities and the charm of M-street neighborhoods, would love these apartment. Being an old building, I have had some smaller repairs, but Indio was always on top of it, with very quick turnaround times. I am also lucky enough to have Lisa Smith as our property manager, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel like a priority. So 5 stars all the way!

    Fantastic property management company! Ive been a tenant in one of their properties for nearly three years. Pricing is far better than most neighboring properties. Problems are few, but when Ive had any, they are handled quickly. Staff is fantastic and personable from office employees to grounds maintenance. Highly recommend!

    Indio is, I’m convinced, the best property management company to work with in all of Dallas. I’ve tried other places, and I just keep coming back to them. They’re the perfect balance of “making sure everything works and gets repaired” and “staying out of your hair” which, let’s be honest, is everything you could want in a landlord.     I found this apartment online and sent in one of those “I’m interested” emails. They responded super fast! Cody showed me several apartments and answered ALL of my questions. I worked with Jordan on the paperwork. She was so sweet and gracious! I called and emailed so many times and she was always so nice!!! I got my keys the other day.     From the moment I met Erin Cesla, I knew my family was in good hands! From her immediate response to set up a tour of the townhouse I located online to completing the application to secure the property, Erins professionalism made us feel confident we were working with an outstanding property management company. How do you know Indio is a class act? When the contract on our home fell through forcing us to give up their property lease, Erin made sure the process went smoothly and we were not left with a financial burden. We will ABSOLUTELY be looking to Indio Management for our leasing needs as soon as our home sells. If they are this good when we are not under a lease, I can only imagine how well they perform when we are in one of their properties. I only wish I could award more stars!! He was personable, knowledgeable, willing to help me even at odd hours of the weekend, and found me the perfect place. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had, and took the time to really make sure I felt good and settled not only with my decision, but after I moved in, as well. We had a couple of mishaps and miscommunications along the way, which were not his fault, but for which he went above and beyond to make right. Now that I have lived in an Indio apartment for about a month an a half, I can also say that Indio--specifically Marcus, who is my property manager--responds quickly to its tenants, and is very willing to make what needs to happen happen. I have had a few maintenance requests come up, and have been very pleased with the response time and effort put in to fix things. Thank you, Indio, Marc, and Marcus!Addition August 2, 2017, post-moveoutDuring my year with INDIO, I had very good experiences with them. They were always prompt in addressing any concerns/problems with the apartment, even the little things. Ive recently moved to another city, and the move-out process was seamless and easy. I also asked for a letter stating that my rent was always paid on time, etc. which Kathy provided promptly, despite the short notice in my request, and despite having many other things on her plate. All in all, I found INDIO to truly care about how they treat their tenants, and highly recommend renting with them.

    They were so helpful and super nice! Jessica Lopez was the person I talked to on the phone and she also met me at the property, she was super knowledgeable and very on point, everything she said she was going to do she did.     I became a tenant of Indio Management a year ago. Not only did Marc Reviere accommodate me completely while I was looking at their properties, he dealt with my incessant texting and questions with patience. Fast forward a year, when I was looking to move out of my unit into something more affordable that was with a different company. Marc sent me units that he knew I would like that were available with Indio, and also threw in a great first month rent special, waiving the deposit because I am a current customer. This is all despite the fact that he has moved into a new role in the company, and this was not even in his job description. Indio Management is amazing, and I am so glad I have had Marc for the past year. They clearly value their customers.

    I could not have asked for a better experience with Sarah. She worked overtime to help me get the apartment of my dreams and to fix it up. She made sure the maintenance guys took care of a dated faucet, an unpainted sink, and a missing chain lock on the door before I signed the lease and kept me posted every step of the way. It felt like I had a personal realtor, and that meant so much to me with my busy schedule! If you get Sarah to help you rent, you are very lucky!

    From the get-go, each one of the Indio team was a go-getter in an elegant and effective manner and yet seamlessly coordinated my move back to Dallas into my favorite place of all! Nouvo on N Garrett Av . Kelsey started the process with enthusiastic details, real time information plus plenty of pictures and even a 3 D tour of my prospective new place. Jordan took the details to the next level by sending an agent to measure and document the stairway access to see if the parts of my CA King upholstered bed could travel up to the Master BR. She also lead me through the actual “ get your keys on moving day” by relieving my stress. Jessica’s first morning email replies with the answers to my leasing documentation were not only succinctly informative - she always offered more help. Stephanie was gracious and thorough in her follow up which I greatly appreciated.     Indio has been an absolute breath of fresh air! They are easy to work with and created a stress-free environment, in a previously anxiety-ridden world of apartment living/leasing. Kenny, the leasing agent, made time to show us a gorgeous apartment even though he had a packed schedule and had to drive across Dallas during rush hour! He was kind, courteous, and went the extra mile to answer our questions and provide us with quality service. His jokes are great too!     The management team has been fantastic. Marc is great at communicating with the residents, and has always been available and quick to respond to any emails Ive sent him, or phone calls Ive made. Heather is the same way! Maintenance was quick to help out when weve encountered minor issues, and the grounds are always kept neat and nice. One worker specifically (I cant remember his name!) is always so nice to our pup, Terry. He calls him Terry the Terrific and always makes a point to say hello when our paths cross. Overall, the management team made our stay at 2014 Bennett very nice!

    Heather is my property manager and she is wonderful. I had some issues with my plumbing and she was with me every step of the way, checked on me during the weekends and was super helpful.     I had a wonderful experience. Erin was fantastic and went over and beyond in customer service. Shes had amazing follow through even on things that really werent her responsibility. There have been a number of things to follow up on after move in but I had good responsiveness from maintenance. I highly recommend them especially Erin.

    Everyone in the office is nice, process was fairly smooth after a small bump in the road with my application. Jordan Newell went ABOVE & BEYOND after the unit that I originally applied for was accidentally leased to someone else.     I was quarantined earlier the year due to Covid exposure. Just so Indio would know ( to be on the safe side) I phoned Lisa and gave her the heads up. Id never met her face to face so I was shocked when she listened to me cry over the phone ( I was worried to the core about my health). Lisa was the very first person to set a care package for me and my puppy. The little blue bear she brought is still his favorite toy!To drop off food, toys, flowers, cleaning supplies to a complete stranger was amazing.When it was time to return to work I still had a difficult time adjusting to our countries new norm. Never received an email because Lisa called to check on me. I suppose to ensure my voice wasnt trembling and I was really doing ok. She even thanked me for being a nurse before my own job did.This has been a rough year for everyone but just know not everyone means you any harm..

    Literally so great and helpful and they really tried to get us in our apartment ASAP. I was one of those patrons that are bothersome (we needed to move in literally three days after we applied, emergency) but Erin never replied with frustration, she was so helpful and tried her best despite it being peak season for them!     The Team at Urban Palms in Houston as well as Fantasy in the corporate office in Dallas go over and beyond givin their limitations, they do a fantastic job! I would give them KUDOS all day. The accounting team in Dallas and their lack of communication and sense of urgency with regards to taking care of refunds and updatin as well as communicating with teams within their organization is HORRIBLE! I have been waiting for a refund and an update on my refund of $911.00 for over 45 days which is totally unacceptable!

The new management company Trend is horrible and does nothing. I would live in any property that Indio Management has. I could not say enough good things about them.     My husband and I moved from a single family house to an apartment to have more freedom from yard work and up keep. We stopped in and talked to Evelyn Andrade and she showed us around to the apartments that would be available on the bottom floor which is what we needed. She made sure of the time that we needed it and followed up with us for the 2 months that we were waiting for our lease to be up. The timing was perfect. Evelyn has not only been professional but also very friendly. I think she may know everyones name and apartment number. Weve been well pleased since moving in. Everything is handled extremely quickly right down to changing the light bulbs at your doors. The maintainence crew are very helpful as well as being friendly also. If you stop into the office with a question or a problem and Evelyn is there shes going to take a moment to make sure everything is ok. It had been 20 years since we had lived in an apartment and we werent sure about it, but we love it!

    Call Nicole Westerbeck and rent with this company! I do not and have not ever worked for this company, nor have I EVER written a review about anything, but this is well deserved!! I had the great fortune of having the most wonderful Property Manager ever. From the minute she got on the phone in November 2014, with me calling to talk about renting an apartment for my upcoming relocation to Dallas, to the day I left, NICOLE WESTERBECK was a blessing that was put in my life by the universe and I truly believe that. I was never just an occupant to Nicole, she treated me like a member of her family. It was a very rough 13 months for me in Dallas and I can not even begin to tell you how much Nicole was there for me, both professionally and personally. She goes above and beyond what you would expect from any property manager. She is kind, sincere, caring, empathetic and efficient. Nicole has a take charge attitude when it comes to getting things done and a personality that gets along with anyone. If you are looking for an apartment, call Nicole Westerbeck, you will be happy that you did. I only hope that Indio knows what a gem they have in Nicole. if you want personal, caring and efficient property management from someone who actually cares about you and not just the rent check, I encourage you to go with Nicole, she is the BEST!     I was with Gables before Indio and hands down Indio is a much better run company that employs people that are extremely helpful and personable. If I had any issues with anything, Marcus or anyone in the office took care of it immediately. Everyone at Indio is professional, from their maintenance personnel to Indios office employees. Ive been with Indio for 4+ yrs at 2 different locations and now Im moving to Florida and I wish there was an Indio property there because they run a management company that good.... Fyi I rarely write reviews but if this motivates one person to rent from them then I know they would thank me for this review.

    Breanna S at Indio Management was instrumental in helping me find my next apartment. She was willing to work around my schedule even outside of regular hours (something not very common when looking for apartments) and tell me all the details about the area, nearby attractions, and more that could prepare me for living in the area. Breanna also suggested new locations that would better fit my needs as we toured, and all while keeping a friendly, positive, and upbeat attitude.     Ive had my fair share of bad management companies and Indio is NOT ONE OF THEM. Hi. Never written a review for anything before but here we are. Indio is never seen nor heard from - unless you need them. Which is how I like it. At my property, The M Streets, our manager is Marcus. He replies to emails instantly with a solution to any issue you may have. Sure, at our property we have a few snags here and there (issues with the gate mostly), but for the price Im paying compared to other places in the area, it doesnt get any better. When I eventually move - can afford a better place - Ill look at Indios properties first for sure.

    Marc & Maribel (an absolute angel who went beyond her duties by expediting my approval and actually giving me words of encouragement to ease my transition) have been amazing from first phone call to approval.     Weve lived at our Indio property for close to 3 years. Our apartment manager is Heather Tincher. She has been the most patient, most diligent, extremely polite, helpful, and most considerate property manager and she is extremely quick with maintenance repairs! The last being the most important to any tenant. Heather Tincher is efficiently quick with maintenance work orders. I was surprised at how well Indio management handles the repairs. They even listen to any suggestions you may have about property. They take no offense to any suggestions. Ill miss Heather Tincher and the staff at Indio. They are all a real delight and the maintenance is top notch. :)

    I was at Nuvo at Park Place for 2 years. The walkability was amazing, the neighbors were like family, and the Indo Management team was always there to help. I had few maintenance issues over 2 years and all were taken care of within 8 hours. Lisa at Indio Management is an absolute Queen.
