My husband & I recently purchased a home about 6 months ago . We are first time home buyers & it’s just a lot of filling out papers , creating accounts , etc .So since it’s almost the end of the year , I remembered about the HOA payment.I emailed Ms. Alyssa & she helped me a whole lot . She answered all of my questions & concerns . She is very patient & informed.I appreciate people like that so much, a true gem! 5 stars to her !

IMC always seems to come thru for me when in a bind. I am not easy to deal with at age 78. Friendly and to the point. i understand yes and no. sorry i do not have any photos. one good detail is the dryer vent they allowed to vent directly outside. Looks good and most functional in the area. Jamie worked with us as well, with Courtney. i do not live there most of time but my son does a lot.

Our account manager has recovered outstanding assessments that has brought us closer to a balanced account in a short time plus we get quick responses to our questions. IMC is a very professional management group. I have had a lot of experience in my real estate career with HOA Management companies. IMC is just different. Professional but also so friendly and down to earth people. These are people that you want running things when it comes to your HOAs budget and overall community experience. Felicia Leflar seems to be the constant behind the great team and customer experience. Keep up the great work.

Working with IMC has been a positive experience. Our rep for our community, Meghann Barnes, has been extremely helpful and informative when it came to any questions or concerns that I have had. She always responds quickly to my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and she is much more professional than our previous rep.

Our neighborhood has been working with IMC for years and they’ve always taken care of everyone and everything promptly. Felicia has been the best for us and so has the other girls in the office! They are always willing to help and answer any questions! They get a lot of hate for things they can’t control! It’s the board that you need to talk to first! They can only do what the board tells them!

I made a call (over the 4th of July weekend) and left a message for someone to call me back. The very next day I received a call from Kathy. She was friendly, professional, and helped to solve our issue immediately. I am so thankful for her help.

A management company is not supposed to be out making friends. It is place to do a job so when someone complains about a getting a letter that tells me they are doing their job. They have been our management company for many years. Have helped us in many ways. They keep up with new laws. Keep us informed. Shelly took over our account about two years ago and she is a pleasure to work with. On top of things going on. She has been a great asset to our team.

We have used IMC in our HOA for several years now. We are extremely happy with them and they are as attentive today as they were on day one. They not only know HOA policies and procedures but also law. They are just as much a part of our HOA as our members themselves. For what they provide it is at a reasonable cost to our members. We would recommend IMC for any management needs!

If youre looking for a company that will come in, get the job done and work extra hard to take care of their clients you have found the right company. Everyone that I have talked with in the office is professional and they truly care about the well being of their subdivisions. I am the Vice President of the HOA in our subdivision and I deal with IMC on a daily basis for various reasons and they ALWAYS get the job done, I feel as though they treat our subdivision as if they lived out there themselves. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!
