I cannot tell you enough about my experience with Ms. Rebecca of Hustle House Realty. I am a first time home buyer, I and my dog were homeless and separated from each other due to me being in a medical rehabilitation facility. I am wheelchair bound, and my dog and I needed a home that would be ours.I contacted a local Mortgage Company and I had no idea what I needed to do first.The very special loan officer brought in Ms. Rebecca to guide me.I contacted Ms. Rebecca and I immediately began a journey towards hope when Ms. Rebecca asked me what I was looking for and needed in a future home. Upon explaining my necessity for a home with access for my wheelchair entry, and a yard for my dog with a fence, Ms. Rebecca said to me, we will find a house that will fit your needs.Ms. Rebecca is great at listening and including your opinion along with her experience and networking.She was honest and gave me a good feeling that she could help me not only find a house, but a home I would be able to live in and use.Ms. Rebecca communicated with me by phone, text, email, and a personal visit to my rehab facility.If I had a question that was better answered by my special loan officer, she would tell me so.I am now at home with my dog. Any help I need to make accessable adjustments as I live in my newly built home, I can call Ms. Rebecca and she knows how to connect me with the person that can perform the job.Homes to accommodate a handicap person are not easy to find. I was told by Ms. Rebecca that I would not be able to make changes to the house until after we closed on the property.I wasnt her first client with accessible needs and I will say it was not stressful. Ms. Rebecca took a lead with a great deal of details I needed to move into my home . To mention a call and acquiring the forms I needed for a utility was just one of her caring and helpful contributions to me. I was a resident in a medical rehabilitation facility the entire time and I moved into my home the same day we closed. Meet, or call Ms. Rebecca. She will work for you.

I cannot say enough how awesome Melissa and her husband were when we bought our house! They went above and beyond to ensure our house sold! They listed our home, scheduled a viewing the next day, and had an offer on the third day! They helped us with repairs that were needed to ensure the entire process went smooth and was as stress free as possible. Our house sold and we were able to move into our new home! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for their dream home or to sell the current home.

I hired Rebecca Williams after another realtor in the Killeen area failed me, so threw word of mouth my friend told me to call Rebecca, so I did and I’m telling ya it was night and day, Rebecca got me out of my contract with the other realtor and went over to evaluate my property, she contacted me and informed me that the home needed repairs that needed to be addressed, so I sent her funds to fix the property. Rebecca had a handy man on speed dial and put him to work, but it wasn’t good enough for Rebecca she is a proffesional with high standards, her and hubby spent date night scrubbing base boards and bathrooms(who does that). I just could not believe the level of service. I was 1400 miles away in another state and needed a realtor/friend to help me sell my property, Rebecca was that person. Understand I had never met Mrs Williams and she was doing all this for me, for what commission? No I needed help and she provided service rarely seen these days.She presented my house so well the first buyers that looked at it wanted it and offered FULL price, unbelievable.
