    I have been renting since mid January with them and they have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation at this point in my lease. They have even fixed things I expected to be told no to like fixing the driveway and fast to fix other things quickly too.

    I’ve had a property that Huntex has handled since 2007 and never had a problem. They are prompt in responding and quick to resolve any issues.Their turnaround time for finding a new tenant is fast and they are thorough in their process (ie, cleaning, communication, etc).After 17 years, i decided to sell my property. From the start to the closing date, Surrey has been extremely helpful and keeping us in the loop for everything she even communicate close to midnight or weekends..I am very appreciative and happy with their service, both past and going forward.Thanks again Surrey and Holly

    Today the natural gas company came and changed out the gas meter today. After installing a new one they determined that there were a couple of leaks just outside the house on the customer side of the meter. To maintain safety they could not turn the gas on. I called Huntex immediately and submitted a service request. They needed some required documentation from the gas co. I was on the phone with the gas company when the plumber showed up to start the repairs. All the time we figured we would have to wait until Monday because the city had to inspect after repairs before they turn the gas back on. With Hunter’s quick response all of the repairs are completed, the city passed inspection and now we are just waiting on the gas company. The people at Huntex were super quick to act. They have always been very quick to respond. Thank you so much Huntex!!!!

    My dad rents from Huntex and he appears to like his rental. The maildrop is good to have also, although this time the payment did not hit the floor but somehow flew into the side office. I sure hope it landed on top of the desk and not under it lol.

    My name is Marylyn Gilstrap Abrego and I am posting under my husband name. I want to say that I lived in a home for 8 years and out of 7 of those years Huntex was our landlord. They allowed us to live and I loved how they respected our space. Now we have been with the new company for a year and the owners are selling our home that we have lived in for 8 years. I trust in the Lord to lead us.

    I live in Commerce and have been renting from Huntex for 2 years and I have to say they have been absolutely great. Their maintenance guy is extremely prompt, efficient and super nice. I have a very busy schedule so their online payment system has been so convenient. I would definitely recommend renting from this company. I do unfortunately have to relocate for work so will update on the move out process as well.

    I moved in a month ago. Property had some maintenance issues but they fixed it asap. Their app folio app makes it a breeze. They have been a joy to rent from as I approach my first month in one of their managed properties. No regrets here! Ty Huntex!

    I rented a duplex for a year from Huntex. I never had any problems when I needed assistance. Tiffany is the best. She was always friendly and helpful when I would call. I had to move out of state and Tiffany helped me as I had lots of questions with the process. They are easy to reach and someone always answers the phone.

    I have never rented from Huntex before, till I found my house 4 years ago. When I first looked at the house there was a few things that needed to be done. The carpet had been cleaned but there was a big yellow l stain on it still to this day and I remember thinking why didnt they put new carpet in and then I stopped and thanked them for not putting new carpet in cause I have 3 boys. So I was great full for that. They have helped me and worked with my family a lot. I havent had any issues with my house and I have always been able to speak with someone in the office. I havent had any problems with them.

    We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with huntex the past almost three months we have been in contact with them. We put a deposit down on a house we wanted and when it was going to take a week longer for us to get to move in due to repairs being made huntex staff kept us updated and answered all questions we had about it. Then the day we moved in we realized our master toilet didn’t flush and the very next day they had someone out there to fix it. (Just needed insides replaced the ones in it were old) the. Today when we notice a large amount of ants in our master bedroom on the roof and walls due to weather they told us they would send a exterminate as soon as possible since we just moved in this past month. Great customer service and very friendly and helpful!

    I would like to give a huge thank you to Kathleen Hunnicutt. I moved to the Hunt County area from out of state and she was very flexible to my needs. Whether I was looking for land to build on, a fixer upper or a brand new home, Kats only concern was making sure I found exactly what I wanted... and I did!

    As a landlord I had a different experience than above, though my properties (three) are in Greenville TX. Previously I had to fire my first property manager as I lost 10s of thousands due to tenant damage and not paying rent, and the second was typical PM companies i.e. theyre good at collecting the rent and standard paint/carpet but poor at everything else. As an example, when the rent was late I would have to remind them to check with the tenant in person and to do tenant damage repair in parallel vs. series.Huntex has been the opposite. I rarely ever talk to them, and if a tenant is late on the rent its an automatic eviction notice and enforcement on late fees. Theyre maximized rent when a tenant leaves vs. the standard 6% without even checking the market. I would highly recommend them as an investor, especially if you have properties that are in low income areas.PS: Reading the tenant reviews, as a landlord it does not make financial sense to be a slumlord, even in the crummy areas I bought in. I get calls/emails from Huntex when tenants have major repairs and agree to fix them promptly. My houses are always in tip-top shape then leased, as again it doesnt make financial sense to rent them otherwise. Deposit issues are always an issue between tenant/PM/landlord but can usually be resolved with discussion, as if your claim is valid it avoids court costs. Finally, if there are actually issues of racism or other legal violations, those should be brought to either the authorities (it is a federal violation to discriminate on race) or otherwise its a trivial process to find out who actually owns the house and reach out to them directly. I personally do not want to be a party to any felony lawsuits.

    I have lived in a Huntex home for almost 2 years. The company has ALWAYS taken my hardships,complaints and request into cons8deration. Yes they have high fees but they are willing to work with you in getting them paid. I was reluctant to rent from them based on reviews of others but they have proved themselves to be a great company!

    I am a dad with two young boys on my own. What I heard or read some of the reviews is the total opposite of personal experience with huntex for two years now I have rented with them and from day one they helped me in EVERYWAY possible...... They bend over back words to work with me. And this MEANS MORE TO ME THEN WORDS CAN EXPLAIN with having no family and raising two young kids!!! THANK YOU HUNTEX YALL ARE FAMILY!!

    When I took a person around there who was interested in moving but his lease is not up yet and the lady was very nice and very knowledgeable of what was available the place is just beautiful nice and clean the receptionist was very kind but they cant help him yet because his least was not up until January but they told him to come back in December a very nice place to go to to look for home or apartment thumbs up.
