Its Crazy to Say But The First Year Living here has been Great. I Plan to rent this place for another couple years until I find some land and build my own home. From the time I put my application in Hunt and his team have been very helpful. As a tenant you should always keep any home you live in up to par. Owners love a tenant that takes care of their homes. I love it. I plan to renew my lease. Coming up on a 2nd year. Im finally just now really settling in.

Absolutely amazing service, communication, and follow-up! Im very glad to start working with Hunt-a-home after a terrible experience with another property management company.Hunt-a-Home is a full service property management company helping not only list the home, but also contact contractors to get the home ready for listing. There was constant communication between the leasing team and me with information about the number of times the home was toured, applications that came in, and leasing leads. My home was in market and leased very quickly during COVID-19!I never felt like I wasnt their first priority!

UpdateI had to take one star away due to how I was recently treated by the account manager David. As I recently sold my house with hunt a home a few weeks later received a bill. I was out of town for a week and had one question about something on the bill which they got back to me on Sunday not seen my personal emails only to met with an email saying if I didn’t pay the balance by Friday they were going to take action against me. Honestly it was distasteful as during my time with the company multiple inaccuracies happened with my statement and during my home sell David was less then helpful with answering my questions and getting back to me. So to see that email was just a put off. I still think the company is good, but David out everyone I’ve worked with in the company has been the least helpful and lacks true customer service like the rest. I’m not sure since I’m no longer a customer this why he decided to act that way but after making thousands off of me from the sale of my house and using their service I honestly expected better. Justin is amazing and my interactions with hunt has also been good.I’ve been using HUNTAHOME for about 3 years now. I honestly have had no issues. They made the process very easy. My house was rented out within 3 days of being put on the market and I’ve had the same tenants since. Rent always comes on time and with a spreadsheet that explains all the fees. I recommend them to anyone needing a property manager.

Great service! Hunt and his team have helped me several times renting couple of properties. They have an integral business, so besides helping with the real estate transaction they also took care of all necessary repairs & inspections,at fair price and good quality work. They also helped me buying a house, and the were very efficient and flexible. I highly recommend them!

They are a great management company. I have used them for the past 3 years to manage a rental home and I have never had any problems with their service. Their fees are clear and their billing invoice is concise and easy to understand. I’ve never had to call regarding questionable charges. Our tenants seem happy - they have renewed 3 years in a row. Don’t hesitate to give them a try - they are trustworthy.

Having rented my first home, I was a bit nervous about property management, and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. After some searching around, I found Huntahome on the thumbtack app.Ive been pleased up to this point. Not only are their fees quite competitive, the staff is amazing. Hunt (CEO) contacted me quickly, explained their business, and the process for property management/leasing. He was extremely transparent on all aspects, including the risks and fees. Not long after, his staff took over and proceeded with the make ready. Communications during the process were frequent, and response times were often measured in minutes via email. I had total confidence that my requests/questions would be addressed in a reasonable, if not exceptional matter of time.Once the make ready was complete, they were able to get the house rented in less than a month -- over the Christmas/New year holiday nonetheless. They provided rapid feedback on potential tenants, and let me know if someone applied that didnt meet the criteria for credit, criminal background, etc. I had the utmost confidence in their due diligence and criteria for tenant screening.Im early on in the process, but still very confident in their performance up to this point. Id highly recommend Huntahome for anyone interested in leasing a property.

Every once in a while there has been an issue with account statements, and they are always quick to respond and correct the issue. I have been with Huntahome since 2011. All business relationships have rocky parts but we have always been able to deal with those in a fair an equitable way. I got into the rental business as an investor to make money and my earnings have far exceeded my expectations.I use huntahome as my buying and selling broker as well as my rental property management company. To give you an idea of the trust I have for these folks I have bought 8 Homes and sold 6 and never stepped inside them or drove down the street and I have always made money!!!Once we find a nice property I ask Hunt how much can we get per month and how fast can you get it rented. He has always delivered.The company has a fairly low turnover of employees so its not like you are dealing with a different person every 6 months and Hunt is always available when I need him.In short I am happy and not going anywhere. I trust my investments are in good hands with Huntahome.
