I am writing this review for the exceptional work my realtor Joel provided me in selling my home on Lake Dallas.Joel provided the expertise in organizing the paperwork needed to get me through the first months. Joel’s patience, understanding and outstanding marketing skills kept me informed every step of the way and made my life a little easier. After the close of escrow, he provided me emailed housing updates. I thank Joel and recommend him highly for the outstanding job he provided me throughout the whole process. -

I want to give a shout out to HomeWorx as I recently worked with them on the leasing and eventual sale of a home in McKinney. My experience in working with their agents, Joel, was not only efficient and stress-free but the level of communication throughout the process was stellar! I am confident in HomeWorxs ability to serve you well with all of your real estate needs! As a tenant, HomeWorxs timely response to repair needs was far beyond any other management company I have worked with in the past. The contractors they hired to do repairs or updates were all professional, on-time and communicated well before and during their process of fixing and upgrading. I would strongly recommend their services! -

Jennifer was very helpful and so responsive in our application process for renting a house. These days the market is pretty crazy and you find a house you like, you apply, but it seems like someone always beats you to it. Jennifer made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. She let us know exactly what was needed and when and where we stood. Ultimately, we got the house we wanted. Were certain its because she was so diligent and in touch with us. She was outstanding to work with. If all the staff at Homeworx is even half as qualified as she, you cant go wrong!! -

We found the home online, requested a showing, saw the home, loved it and went home immediately to submit an application. Worx has managed my property in Plano TX for about 5 years now. During this time, Worx has been particularly effective in getting high quality tenants in a timely manner; I dont recall ever having a single month of vacancy in my property and my tenants were never (ever!) late with payments. Would definitely contract Worx again if I get additional property in the area. -

Homeworx has been very helpful in managing my rental property. While there have been surprises from AC and garage door issues, theyve been accessible and expedient in removing the problem while keeping reasonable cost at the forefront. Chasity has become my go-to as her follow-up is impeccable and the updates she provides are relevant, actionable and value-added. Property management is easy to come by. Good property management....not so much. Homeworx is an example of what you want. Subjective, partner-based, cost effective and human. -
