I had a last minute move from another city and I was having a difficult time getting realtors to call me back or follow through…..that is until I came across one of Chris’ properties. Within minutes of calling to schedule a tour, I had the keys in hand and I was able to take a look inside. The house was perfect! I explained to Chris I needed to sign quickly to get my child enrolled in school, and let me tell you, he didn’t skip a beat! Working around the clock, even answering messages well past business hours, he had us in our new home in less than 48 hours. Every step since then has been seamless! Homelab Properties has hired our company to do work for many of their properties and I have to say it’s pretty refreshing to meet with a property manager that checks to make sure licensed people are doing the work as well as reviewing repair options and picking the best option and not the cheapest option, in other words, the options are chosen based on what will be the best for the tenant. I’ve also referred people over to Homelab to help them find rentals for their families to live in and I have had nothing but positive feedback on their experiences. Highly recommended.

Chris Wood recently helped us sell our home. We have used other realtors in the past, and he is, by far, the best one. Chris is very knowledgeable about the transaction process and thorough in his market research. Chris has a lot of contractor connections who are quick to respond and reasonably priced when issues arose from the inspection that needed to be addressed. Chris is willing to be down in the trenches with his client if needed-- he offered to help us lay sod, move furniture, or anything else we needed. On moving day, my tools were packed up, so Chris drove over the house to let me borrow a wrench to disconnect the washing machine!He was a fantastic Realtor, and I couldnt recommend him more highly. You cant go wrong using Chris or HomeLab!

Selling our home was made simple with Chris. 5 stars is simply not enough when it comes to his professionalism and work ethic in getting the job done. Chris always made a point to answer the phone and be ready to answer anything, even if he was extremely busy with other factors of his job. When repairs were needing to be made before closing, Chris was able to manage coordinating all contractors and gave us the opportunity to close 4 days earlier than our original close date! He has a wonderful team with him including his right hand woman Mia who also is above 5 star in response and accountability! They were such a pleasure to work with and got the job done in less than a month! If you are looking to buy or sell, Chris is definitely the guy to go to!

This business is managed so well. We have owned a couple of rental properties and also lived next to some that were “managed” or lack thereof. If you are thinking of renting out your home, your property manager is THE most important piece of that decision. After meeting with HomeLab we had complete peace of mind. Their staff is straightforward and honest. They did such a comprehensive, high quality job of prepping our house for the rental market (I literally didn’t need to do anything - they took care of it all), selecting good clients, and communicating with us as owners. What could have been a nightmare was the complete opposite - we got a great tenant within a couple weeks and now we just watch the rent check deposit while our property appreciates. Win win!

I would highly recommend this property management company! We worked with Chris to move into our new home, and he went above and beyond! He was heavily involved in the entire process, from laying out expectations for us to providing us updates with the status of our application. He even sat down telephonically one night with myself, my wife, and our relator to answer all of our questions about the property, process, fees. etc. Even now after we started our lease, he still responds in a timely manner to all of our inquiries. When we found a couple of issues while doing the walkthrough of our house, he vowed to follow up with the contractors and keep us in the loop about any developments.After dealing with sketchy companies and not interacting with people when it came to house rentals, it was refreshing to find Chris and HomeLab and to have a seamless transition!
