Ladies in the front office are very helpful and friendly. Apartment had just been remodeled on the inside prior to my move in date and was very nice. Silvermine was one of the only places that allowed my large breed dog and their small dog park on location was a god send. Once the outer renovation is complete throughout the property I would definitely recommend this complex, living through the outer renovation was not pleasant lol.

Just recently moved into one of your complex’s in Victoria Texas Silvermine apartments. I just want to say it has been one of the best experiences I have had! The ladies in the office have been very professional and very welcoming!! The complex is under construction but it has been quiet and very organized!! Great job Silvermine!!!

My sister and I lived in Silvermine Apts for a year and moved out in June of this year 2018. As we searched in the beginning it was a bit tough but it was something about Stephanies (one of the leasing consultants) spirit and from then on I knew this was the place. Very sweet, helpful, and understanding and anything we needed help with in our apt she was right on it!

Great staff! They’re readily available to handle any issues efficiently & effectively!! After the damage from Harvey, it took a little longer than we hoped to get our unit back to its prime living condition, but I’m glad that there’s a new management team in place to help expedite the repairs & make our community better than ever!!
