As a Renter, I have had a good experience with Heritage over the last year. When we submit a repair request, they have been very attentive and quick to respond. The portal is reasonably easy and convenient to use for repair requests and rent payments. They have been quick to respond by email and phone. Everyone I have spoken to has been professional, especially Alexandra, even when dealing with challenging issues. I have dealt with a few different landlords over the last 20 years, and I must say that Heritage property management has done a great job 9Better than most) in being attentive to our needs. I will eventually go back to being a homeowner, but as a home renter, they are a good management company.

Fran and Alexandra are the ABSOLUTE BEST property managers I have ever come across! My father ran a house rental business when I was a kid and he had the absolute worst time with renters and it made me think this was what I was in for. When Fran and Alexandra took over for me as property managers to rent my house when I went to school out of state for two years they COMPLETELY RENEWED MY FAITH in house renting as a viable source of income! They were SO PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, DIRECT, ALWAYS took time to listen and understand and were SO HELPFUL in EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. The whole process was completely turnkey—they took care of EVERYTHING—and my renter was PERFECT! I cannot say enough GREAT things about Heritage Property Management—I plan to utilize their services again in the near future! 😉
