Kevin was great to work with and he’s been of great assistance since I expressed interest in the apartment. It’s refreshing to rent from a company that is so responsive and on top of things compared to all these giant companies that will make you jump through hoops to just to talk to the right person. Also I just have to be appreciative that they accepted me despite my current financial situation and actually understood and worked with me. The apartment is what I needed and they even hooked it up with a brand new oven before I moved in. Just great people to work with.

I cant say enough nice things about Kevin. My daughter was shopping for her first apartment in Austin and he was so helpful. From the first conversation with him she said he had good Dad vibes in how he spoke with her and she felt like he was knowledgeable and honest . He showed us a few apartments and pointed out the good details while also meticulously checking and notating the things that he would have us make sure get fixed before moving in such as dirty air filters, loose faucets, window screens etc. After we decided on the perfect place, he followed up multiple times and even drove past the property an extra time to see if things were looking up to par. I have already recommended him to a client who is looking to move from San Antonio to Austin soon and we wont be forgetting about Kevin if we have a move again in our future.

We had a great experience working with Michelle Garza. She answered all of our questions during the home buying process, accompanied us to any viewings and walk thrus, and found us a fantastic 3rd party inspector. We closed on a new home and she has continued to help us with any of our questions even after the sale.She’s great! Very nice, calming, and supportive. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something, but always like she was looking out for me.We so appreciate how she stayed with us during our first home buying journey. We viewed a couple of older homes that my husband and I thought we wanted, but Michelle found us a new home with so much more to offer. We love our it 🏡My only “complaint” is she wouldn’t take a picture with us in front of our new home 😅

Ive had great experience with a Realtor who works for this company, Kevin Dover. He worked very deligiently for my family trying to help us find a home for rent. He was understanding, on time for every meeting, and took all of our needs and wants into consideration for every property. We have used his services twice and would do so again! It took us almost 3 months to find a place, but Kevin worked very hard and stuck with us. It was very assuring to know we had someone looking out for our very best interest! I highly recommend him and his company!

We interviewed 5 property managers before selecting Tim. Except for the new rental commissions, all property managers were about the same monthly cost. Tim was the most helpful and professional. Anyone can manage an easy tenant but what happens when things go wrong? Our first renters started nicely until there were some changes in who was staying with them and the situation became bad. Tim was very proactive at getting them out and collecting on damages and penalties. Second set of renters are great. Love the statements Tim sends out monthly and at the end of the year making tax returns easy. Tim has always been very responsive. His contract is very fair. I trust him.

Tim served as property manager for our Austin rental home for a little over 3 years. After relocating cross-country, we relied entirely upon Tim to ensure the property was marketed, rented, and maintained. Tim made the process of finding and keeping quality tenants seamless and stress-free for us. In terms of collecting rent/deposits, everything was handled electronically. We never encountered any problems with receiving rent/deposits! He was always professional and responsive to us as owners as well as in his dealings with our tenants and any necessary vendors that were required for repairs/updates to the property. When we encountered problems with a tenant who wanted to break their lease prematurely, Tim handled all aspects of negotiations with the tenants to resolve the dispute and get new tenants in place. We didnt miss a month of rental income in the process!Once we decided earlier this year to attempt to sell our property, Tim also served as our realtor. He was able to advise us on the status of the housing market in the area and what to reasonably expect from a potential sale. Again, Tim handled all of the marketing and negotiations. Based on his expert advice, we were able to sell the property in a timely manner and at a price we were very happy with (and with just a few emails/phone calls with Tim at key points along the way!). While he did all the legwork on our behalf, he always made sure we were up to speed on the status. He regularly updated us with the all the information we needed to make decisions and allowed us to let him know how we wanted to proceed at each point in the process. In dealing with the buyers agents, title company, etc. we definitely saw that Tim always represented our best interests.Owning and selling a rental property from another state is a daunting situation. I dont think we could have been in better hands than we were with Tim and the Hendricks Real Estate team

Just closed on the sale of my home! Yay!! I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Garza ,an agent of Hendricks Real Estate company. Very Professional,honest and straightforward, but pleasant and personable as well. She attended to all the details , provided her best known facts, explained each step and was available within a reasonable time to answer my questions. I appreciated her suggestions for presenting the house at its best despite my modest home. Her photography of the house gave a realistic view of each room. While the process can be sometimes lengthy and mildly frustrating, I found Michelles cheerful and occasionally comic insights kept me from succumbing to sellers hysteria !!🤩 I fully believe that Michelle gave above and beyond the call of duty while working toward the sale of my house. I fully reccomend her to any one in the market to sell or buy a home.

One word to describe my experience? Wow. To preface: my girlfriend and I had been looking for a place for around 4 months; we had walked through a few places; and were feeling a bit disappointed by the lack of good options/unknowledgeable realtors/landlords. Fast forward to our experience with Hendricks (more specifically, Kevin Dover): I put in to see the home late on a Thursday and received a call on Friday from Kevin. After a few minutes of a very pleasant with Kevin, he accommodated us with a same-day (later in the night) showing. We arrived at the home at around 6:30pm. As we were pulling up, we were greeted with a firm handshake and a really nice man (Kevin). He took us room by room, giving great detail as we did our walk-through. We were immediately impressed because prior walk-throughs at different homes with different purveyors were very disappointing in that they couldn’t tell us much apart from what was on the description. Kevin set himself apart by being friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. That same night, based on the one walk-through and just speaking with Kevin, we knew the home was the right one for us. We put in an application that night and (with the help of Kevin and the friendly staff at Hendricks) signed lease documents later that weekend. As for the property, we have moved in and can confidently say that it’s everything we hoped (and more). The property was clean when we moved in, and any repairs (for which there were very few), we have already had a repair person come out. All in all: what a great experience. If you need a home, contact Kevin Dover. You won’t be disappointed.

Tim helped my girlfriend and I buy a house in Austin in the summer of 2016. We interviewed a lot of agents in Austin before settling on Tim. It was apparent after our first phone call that Tim knows Austin real estate like the back of his hand and wasnt trying to sell us on anything we didnt want. Tim is also a local real estate investor and property manager so he knows exactly what is a good deal, what isnt, and what could potentially be a good investment with the right amount of work.We decided to buy in a very hot market but Tim helped us navigate the complicated process of finding and buying a home. He put up with a lot of stupid questions and visited a lot of houses with us every weekend for about 2 months straight. Perhaps his best attribute was that he was always available by cell phone and would answers calls, texts or emails immediately which was huge for us to be able to make decisions quickly.We ultimately found a great home for a great price and Tim even sent us his list of contractors to get us started on the projects we wanted to do. Tim isnt the kind of agent who wears a suit and tries to get business by upselling houses and getting you to not notice negative attributes. He gives his honest, straightforward opinion which is essential when making a huge decision like buying a home. We are looking forward to working with Tim in the near future on acquiring some of our own investment properties.

We were in Michigan and doing this remotely - she drove out to the houses we were most interested in and gave us a virtual tour via Zoom. She let us know about things that were important to us (e.g. - 1 house smelled of cats and my wife is very allergic). Will definitely use her services again when looking to buy a house.
