This company is awesome. I have lived in one of their properties for almost 3 years. Everything I have a concern with they have always been quick to fix. Cristi is extremely kind and professional! I absolutely love that I can go to her anytime with my concerns. Highly recommend this company!

We are a military family and relocated. We were very nervous about putting our first home for rent and had no idea of the work that goes into it. Savannah, from HPM, was very helpful and made it very easy for us. The communication and support put us as ease. Our home leased within a month. It’s a service worth paying for.

Had maintenance come in to handle a plying issue with the upstairs bathroom. They came the very next day after the request. In and out after about 15 min. I was working and in a meeting and they were mindful of that. Extremely polite and efficient! Excellent job.

Cristi was incredibly helpful, and her excellent communication was much appreciated! Being friendly goes a long way, and ensuring we are satisfied with our maintenance experiences goes even further (there are no complaints there either, btw). We appreciate having such a great team supporting us.

Helotes Property Management recently purchased our apartment complex in San Antonio. I originally gave them a low rating because of an issue with a payment submitted through their online portal... we were being charged for an NSF and late fees even though the payment had gone through (there also was an issue with our last name was misspelled in the portal that wasnt caught in time)... regardless, after a couple e-mails and screenshots of confirmation, etc they have corrected. Upon purchasing the apartment complex they did raise the rent, but after speaking with Cristina they were kind enough to offer us a month-to-month until the renovations were complete before raising the rent. Not only that, but if we had to move between units during renovations they would fully compensate us for the moving fees. We did move on to another place but I can say from our 2 months of dealing with them, they were honest, fair, and cared enough to take the time to research our issues and correct them. Thank you HPM!

My family has been a tenant for almost 8 years and we’ve been very pleased. They are extremely fair with prices, and lease negotiations as I tend to like a longer lease agreement. They are very quick with maintenance requests and typically respond within a day if it’s after hours. Thanks for being there for all these years 🤩

They were always quick to respond to any issues that came up and Gage, their property manager, was always friendly and helpful.I loved my little rental house soooo much!
