Havenpoint is absolutely the best management company we have dealt with since one of our sons moved to San Marcos in 2015. They were easy to work with as well courteous and professional. Someone always answered the phone which I greatly appreciated. Upon lease renewal they considered and accepted our request for lower rent than what was originally quoted for the renewal. We did not renew but it did not have anything to with Havenpoint. We received our first refund ever from a management company which was a pleasant surprise. After reviewing the detailed turn over cost schedule we objected to some of the costs and they considered our objections and sent us a second refund check. A majority of my dealings have been with Sandra and she was always very professional and took to heart any of our concerns. Havenpoint made us feel like we were important and that we mattered to them as a customer. Five stars.

Havenpoint Property Management has been my property manager for the last 18 months and I couldnt be happier with their service. They were able to get higher rents on my properties and they rented them out much quicker than I could which translates to more money in my pocket. I love their online property management portal because it gives me a line by line breakdown of all income and expenses by month, quarter and year which makes bookkeeping simple. If youre shopping around for a property manager you definitely need to put Havenpoint Property Management on your list!

The best experience I’ve ever had in search for a home. Great friendly staff who worked fast and made sure I was approved and able to move in by our set date, even though it was a very short notice. I would recommend Havenpoint Property Management to anyone who is search to buy or rent a home. Kaylee and Shamica were great and really took into consideration my situation. 5 stars

I can only speak for Sandra, because she is the only person I have dealt with at Havenpoint, but I like her very much. I dont think Ive ever had a property management company respond so quickly! I would rent with them as my management company again any day, and feel confident that my issues would be resolved quickly.

Coming from several years in student-housing, this place is a breath of fresh air. We are now paying less for somewhere much nicer. All the things I hated about living in an apartment are no longer issues. The maintenance people are amazing, always kind. Oh, and Sandra is almost like another mom! Hehe. :) She literally answers all my questions and requests always, quickly, and in a very kind way. I truly feel cared for, and that is a real relief coming from Iconic VIllage. We were there when the fire happened, and Sanda has been so kind to make sure we had a fire extinguisher, and there was no extra charge for the special request. Not only that, she sends us emails about checking alarms and changing the air filters, as she knows we would most likely forget if not for her kind reminders. I was extremely reluctant to sign a lease that wouldnt be individual of my roommates. However, Havenpoint makes it easy; it is very clear who has and hasnt paid rent, and who will have to pay the extra charges. Such a relief! Highly recommend! Hoping to live here again next year. :)

I absolutely appreciate Sandra and how dedicated she has been to getting my apartment put together. i had a maintenance issue with my flooring and come to find out all flooring had to be puller up and replaced. With that being said i was able to get new flooring and let me say it is beautiful and im absolutely in love with the color and what they did. Luis was working so diligent and getting it done! I appreciate you all for all your hard work and dedication and listening to my concerns it means a lot. Go Haven Pointe Property Management with all the craziness going on yall still made it happen. Now my son and baby on the way will have new flooring and better energy in the home thank you again!!

Sandra and Kaylee Crain are AMAZING! They helped my boyfriend and I get into our first home within 12 hours!!!! They moved so quickly with our application and all paperwork! We applied and within 12 hours, we knew every detail and had the approval in our hands! I am BEYOND pleased with the entire staff- Sandra, Kaylee, Hunter (maintence Guy). All very friendly, outgoing, fast working and reliable people to work with! Brandon and I are so blessed and absolutely love our new home! Thank you SO much to an AWESOME property management! ❤️
