Very responsive and eager to help.We had a pretty severe leak in our duplex that got fixed promptly, and the job was very well done. Maintenance came in and completely removed the walls of the shower to address the mold caused by the leak, and put up new shower walls and tile that looks great! They had to cut a hole in the adjacent bathroom, and they did such a good job at repairing the hole, you can’t even tell it was there!Everyone has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you, Harrell! -

We had to move in asap for personal reasons. We were able to view the house, fill out an application, and get it leased within 2 days. We were new to the area and didnt really hear about the bad things from this company. We were just grateful for the fast move in. Once we started hearing bad things about them and read all the reviews, we were scared to move out. We lived in our rent home for a year and then decided to buy a house. We moved out a month early, and we new that we still had to pay the rent due for that month, which is fine. Its in the contract, but the company repeatedly told us we had to pay them. Like I get it, we know. But surprisingly we didnt have problems. We just received our deposit back and the only thing charged on there that we questioned were door stops - considering we didnt do anything wrong with those, but whatever. We also received compensation for the family that moved in before our lease was up, which surprised me! Some people/companies hope you dont notice if a person moved in before your lease is technically up so they dont have to credit you. Yes the people in the office arent very nice, but we honestly didnt have problems with them. I would consider them a one year lease company. If you lived more than a year there, theyll probably try to get you to pay for everything. -

I was relocating from out of State and Jennifer assisted me from day one until my move in. The communication was great and Jennifer and the other lady at the front desk were both very helpful and professional.The process went smoothly and fast. I viewed the property, and it met my needs. I filled out the application and provided all documents. My lease was approved within 4-6 hours after submitting. I have fully moved in and am enjoying my new home.Thank you, Jennifer and staff. -

I lived in one of their rentals for 2.5 years and never had any issues. Always were friendly and prompt in their response to maintenance requests. Just moved out and got about half of our deposit back due to some needed paint touchup which I was billed for. We also worked our rear off cleaning all items listed in the move out procedures. Those who are whining about getting screwed most likely did not follow the procedures and leave the place looking like it was when they moved in...dont let the negative reviews deter you. -

We lived in a duplex for two years. Property was nice. Management and maintenance team was responsive. Had to relocate for job, and if we found our way back to the Waco area in the future, I would call Harrell during house search. -

I can’t speak on behalf of being a tenant however we were almost potential tenants. We signed the lease on a house and from the minute got found the keys we found issue after issue but the big one was mold all through the kitchen cabinets. That was not fixable to us being we have two Little’s and my husband and dog are allergic to mold pretty bad. Tracey was a pleasure to work with. She was very kind from the start. As soon as my husband told her she no question let us out of the lease (we had signed the papers the day before) and all of our money was refunded. I appreciate Tracey’s kindness and her amazing response time. -

I don’t know about all these reviews, but I dealt with a lady named Shanna and she was the nicest most efficient person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to renting a house!!! Very prompt on return phone calls and from the application to move in it was a breeze!!!! -
