    We have had this property management company & worked with Robert for about 2 years now & have had no complaints at all. They communicate with us just the right amount & when it matters. Rent has always been on time & inspections done on a timely manner with details needed.

    It was a little rough starting out because they only have one agent who shows houses and she was always busy and when we picked the house after we payed we wanted to see the house again to check if our furniture would fit and they gave us a hard time again saying we couldn’t see the house again until we were already moving in. Then the connections to the stove were not up to code and it was leaking gas and when the gas company came to let us know and we had to shut the gas down it took 4 days for the people Haggerty hires to come and fix it so we didn’t have a stove to cook for 4 days and when they fixed it they glued the gas pipe too much so when we got our own stove we had a very hard time removing the gas pipe to apply it to the new stove because Haggerty refused to send someone else to do it because they said it was our problem. The filter change contract for the AC is a huge scam the filters are soo much better quality and you get 4 instead of one at Sam’s. Haggerty always sends the wrong size and for 32 dollars a month it’s ridiculous considering we change ours weekly and we didn’t even get a filter 2 months in a row from them. Other than that it has been good and peaceful and we haven’t had any problems.I think it is very strange how we did request a new agent and Haggerty told us they only have 1 agent showing houses for rent in El Paso and that we had to wait and that she was busy and that is why we couldn’t see the house again until we were moved in. Also it is funny Haggerty replied to the review and only gave an explanation for the things it has an instant explanation for but not about why it took 4 days for our gas to be fixed or why we didn’t received a filter 2 months in a row or how a/c units are breaking down in the houses they are renting because the amount of filters being sent out are not enough or the greatest quality, but they insist that the program is essential for the protection of the a/c units function.

    I have had a wonderful experience since choosing to have Haggerty Company manage my rental properties since 2018. I would like to show great appreciation and praise to their maintenance team specifically Julia Rodrigues. She has been very responsive to, not only, my inquiries about the properties but tenant service request as well. Not only will I get an email informing me of the tenants request, but she will also send a text to ensure that I am aware. She understands that she can get the repairs made if they are within the pre-specified maintenance limit or if they arent she request my approval through the Haggerty portal which is quick and simple. I have, at times, received phone calls on the weekend if there is an emergency work-order that needs to get approval, in order for the problem to be remedied and the tenant to be put at ease. The efficiency/quality of the maintenance team is what helps to maintain a quality standard of living for my tenants. The efficiency/quality of the maintenance team is one of the main reasons why I have a property management team to begin with: they receive the service request, and they get the problems fixed.     This C21 has managed my rental property for over two years now. It was a rocky start at first but they replaced the maintenance coordinator and this one is excellent. The rental agent has represented my interests and as a homeowner, I’ve been thankful for not only the upholding of policies but the fairness with the tenant. At times the tenant has pushed the boundaries (pro rated rent or late payments) but also been treated properly such as response to emergency work orders.The staff is friendly but professional - which says a lot as I’ve called as a hot-headed homeowner once or twice due to work orders for the home - and i believe they are managing well and don’t appear to be short numbered. This also speaks volumes given the potential number of customers they have.I also appreciate the ease with which an owner can access documents in the portal. With that, I’m giving four stars because on more than three occasions, although i post additional payments on the portal, the book keeping folks continue to deduct funds for repairs from the rent payment to owner. I think their automations need work.I really appreciate that they do a survey with the tenant after any work is completed. They close-the-loop with the homeowner about 50-75% of the time though (another reason for four stars).Overall, i recommend them to homeowners who care about their property but need it to be efficiently managed (if you don’t mind paying the 10% fee) and hope to one day return to their home.

    I moved into a brand new property that Century21 had listed. It was bought by the owner as an investment property and no tenant had ever occupied it under Century21. There has been some issues spring up, like leaking faucets, issues with the pool, and other issues. I knew that this might happen but Julia has been extremely helpful in getting issues resolved quickly and in a professional manner. All the contractors they use to do repairs have been extremely helpful and worked around my crazy schedule and the repairs were done quickly and done right the first time. Very happy with Century21 Haggerty.

    On my first time ever to renting my property, I encountered myself with a renter that for some odd reason, did not want to pay his rent. Although Century 21-Haggerty had screened for past problems, this person did not appear as an irresponsible person. He, very quickly, had to be evicted and the agency provided support, guidance and assisted with this process. They were extremely helpful. With my subsequent renter, I had some serious issues with plumbing due to the age of the house, and once again, Century 21 was there to help me manage the issue. I was very appreciative of this.

    Over the past year or so that the Century 21 Haggerty team as managed our rental property we cant say enough good things about how pleased we have been with the valuable service and professionalism it has provided to us. But qualifiers that come to mind include: total attention to detail (including all the little minutia that we had never thought of when you rent a property!), quick response to maintenance issues when they come up, their kind, respectful and efficient staff and their resources available for getting things fixed when they break down; and keeping us updated with timely status reports. Also included has been their total dedication to protecting our rights as owners of the property (e.g. all the legal stuff!), as well as those of our tenants--altogether, we think it a very knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional organization. So were quite happy with our decision to let the Century 21 Haggerty team take over all the hassles and headaches that can come from managing a property on your own.     We rent a house which is managed by Century 21 Haggerty. As tenants, I have to say that they really do a good job. We are homeowners ourselves in another state, and have seen our fair share of poorly managed properties, but these folks do good work. They have a very easy system to report maintenance issues, and are quick to respond and address issues, even if it’s not an emergency. They were fantastic in helping us process our lease when we initiated the rental sight unseen from another state (military family). Keep up the good work!

    The best property management experience Ive had as a rental property investor. Im Military and I move from state to state, but with Century 21 Haggerty, it always feels like I never left El Paso because they are always right there when I need something - they are very responsive. There have been incidents where tenants violated the no pet lease agreement and snuck in a dog here and there without letting anyone know, but thats out of Century 21 Haggertys control, and they have responded very quickly and professionally each time to ensure the tenants paid a nonrefundable pet fee. Julia and Rob are rock stars; in my opinion, theyre the back bone of the company - absolute professionals that are the very best at what they do!

    If anyone is in the market for a house ask for Katie. She is amazing. We we’re in the market for a new rental kept looking as houses would not stay long on the market. I found a house we loved and Katie was the agent, there was no viewings for the house until Wednesday I contacted her via email and she was very responsive, very attentive. This women will go above and beyond. I can’t stress enough how stressed out we were for finding a home we loved and she made it happen we kept contacting different agents to view homes and never got a response, Katie was very on top of everything.     Great service, quick response, professional vendors, multiple ways to contact Centry 21 Sean Haggerty. I messaged Julia through text and with in a few hours I had the number for the vendor.     Maintenance process is not good lacks transparency and all they say over and over is that they will call the contractor and nothing.     We had to report two issues within a short period of time and both we addressed quickly. The ceiling fan shorted out and though it took a little time to get the approval from the owner, Haggerty stuck with it and the vendor was able to match the existing fans. But when the water stopped working, they had the vendor out the next day. I loved the way they kept us informed of who would be working on the issues and both vendors were courteous and professional and aware of the need to wear masks during this pandemic.

    Great experience so far with this company. Im shocked to read the disgruntled reviews about people not getting their security deposits back. Having many years of renting out my properties through companies such as this one, there is no benefit for the management team to either squander or the negligent return of a full security deposit. If you take care of the property you wont have those issues.With that said, my experience has been great. I recently got rid of ARP as my property managers because they were EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. Every month I received the rent payment on the 15th or 16th (right before the bank charges a late fee) and theyd make senseless repairs without my permission. ARP also allowed a previous tenant to move out, leaving the home trashed and returned their security deposit. If there is any company to avoid, dont rent with ARP.In regard to Century 21 Haggerty, Ive already had tenants call in maintenance issues and theyve been on top of it with frequent communication and documenting the issues via email. Communication for the tenant and owner is the most important thing I could ask for while having a property managed.This has been the most professional group of people I have worked with in the city of El Paso - and I do not say that lightly. I believe in receiving good service for what I pay for. To be blunt - If you are from out of town as I am, you understand great customer service and timely service is not guaranteed, but I assure you this company is on top of thing!

    I am currently a tenant of Century 21 Haggerty. Last week, the air conditioner began to malfunction and suddenly stopped working. We are currently in the middle of the summer and living in El Paso, it is crucial that you have a functioning AC. I immediately contacted Century 21 Haggerty and put in a work order. The extent of the problem was so severe, that the home insurance warranty was going to have to be the one to cover the repairs. Julia from Century 21 Haggerty, along with the assistance of the home owner, did everything to ensure the process was expedited and I received the best experience ever.The employees at Century 21 Haggerty have always been very helpful and in this particular case very understanding, since the El Paso heat was at scorching levels. They worked as a team and immediately contacted the home warranty company, along with the HVAC contractor and the repairs were promptly done. It is evident that providing excellent customer service is very important to the team at Century 21 Haggerty!

    Century 21 Haggerty is an outstanding rental management company. I personally use this company for my properties for over four years now. after using several other rental management companies I can honestly say that Century 21 Haggerty is by far a superior product. As an owner they keep my property maintained and almost always rented.I have never had a problem as an owner with this company and have never heard a complaint from any of my renters other than the usual gripes about repairs which century 21 has no control over. Most of the complaints I seen on this website seem completely unrealistic, if you own your own house its almost impossible to get your repairs done in less than 24 hours, so I dont understand why any renter would expect a repair to be done on a rental house any sooner. Century 21 Haggerty has done a far superior job than any other rental management company I have ever used for any of my properties. If you hve any questions the owner nick will personally call you back and help take care of the problem. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!

    Renting was easy and effortless... staff is friendly and helpful! Any requests for maintenance is quickly addressed by the staff of Century 21. The only issue is if a third party needs to resolve the issue you have to go based off of their availability which isn’t the realty company’s fault. Century 21 staff is sure to communicate any information or status ASAP.

    I highly recommend C21 Haggerty Property Management. Robert Carrillo was able to answer all our questions in a clear concise way. He stayed on top of things without any prodding. We live in Europe and worried that the distance from El Paso would make for unforeseen difficulties. This was not the case. His team found tenants and leased our property within ten days. They could have done it in days, but for some hesitancy on our part. Priscilla Najera stayed with us to close the on the lease.     Nick Haggerty, was wonderful. Called on Saturday bc we had a breaker issue which caused a partial power outage. Nick put in a work order for an electrician to come out ASAP. 5 minutes later when I called back to tell him I was now holding the emergency pull cord to the garage door, he said he was on his way. Nick came with his family and got us out. Hands on personal service. He said he hurried over so we could still make our morning swim lessons. That shows personal committment.
