Sheila Cruz was by far the best possible person to have in management. Her composure and passion for her residents is like nothing Ive ever seen and this is coming from someone that has lived in her fair share of apartments as well someone that has worked for them. I cant wait to move back to Texas and hopefully live in another unit of hers again. GVA is lucky to have her. Sheila if you see this I hope youre doing amazing and thank you for everything you did for me.

I have had a really good experience with this company. I even requested to speak to a Vice President and she was the kindest person ( Ms. Trice ) I am very thankful to GVA for their professionalism and for being flexible due to my own mistake. If you ever experience any trouble , don’t hesitate to call and reach out. Great experience living under their Management

Ive been a resident in Cobalt Springs for a little over 3 months. The staff is accommodating and works very hard to make their residents feel valued. They offer regular treats as pickmeups which i really appreciate. They are not perfect but are constantly trying to improve their systems. Id recommend people to live here

My experience with the property and staff of GVA has been very positive! Made positive upgrades to apartments when they bought property and they seem to really care about the residents and have good communication when addressing issues. A great company.

I have been with GVA for a year now and I can honestly say that I am loving it! No company is perfect but they try and they care. Everyone I have come across/ have spoke to in corporate, are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I always refer hard working friends, family and colleges to come over to GVA.

I have been very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the GVA staff including how passionate they are in providing the help needed to make thoughtful decisions. They are simply the best Ive seen in managing their apartments and being authentically hospitable to the residents.
