Renting a location managed by Guest Spaces Rentals was a WONDERFULexperience!! They were informative and responsive through the rental process and the location we stayed at was GORGEOUS and VERY WELL APPOINTED & STOCKED!!We stayed at the venue called Dripping Springs Social in Dripping Springs TX and it was stunning! The house was large enough for two families to spend time together and the views were spectacular!! We will definitely be back!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a truly beautiful house! It came equipped with everything we needed for our trip, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with.I wholeheartedly recommend Guest Spaces and look forward to booking with them again in the future!

We stayed at one of the Guest Spaces rentals in Austin off the river. Such an amazing space and easily fit 11 people.The space was very clean, had all the kitchen supplies we needed (including spices and oil), bathroom amenities (soaps, shampoos) and had beach towels/floaties.One of the smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors kept going off and they sent someone over within the hour and ordered a new one immediately. The guest spaces crew were great to communicate with and answered all my questions immediately.We were sad to leave!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of the Texas hill country. Our group had a great time. The pool is very nice and the entertainment barn has just about anything you can imagine. Definitely recommend the Dripping Springs Social!

We had a family reunion at the Dakota Mountain house and it was perfect. Comfortable. Well appointed. We did have a question for guest services and they were prompt with answer. Will definitely return for a stay.

Very professional friendly host was courteous. The house was more than we expected. Details were great. They did a great job with all the extra little things you need for the kitchen. Pool was amazing. Definitely highly recommend.

This place just outside of Austin in the hills was absolutely amazing, the photos here on Airbnb do not do it justice as to how great the house is as well as the size of all the rooms and the backyard. We went there for a long weekend with 3 families including kids (12 total) and there was plenty of room for all of us. While we didnt use the pool much while there, it was much larger than the photos make it look, not to mention a huge grassy area with a volleyball next set up, and the firepit was a good touch as the weather had started to cool.We were there for ACL, and this was a straight shot to Zilker Park, about 15 minutes to get there and not much longer to Austin without any traffic. The hosts left very clear instructions and had no trouble checking in or out.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Austin or the surrounding area for a long weekend or longer, it can easily accommodate 3 families, potentially 4 depending on the number of kids!

We loved the place: spacious rooms and charming nooks; a beautiful/efficiently designed house; and that pool proved indispensable during the heatwave. The pool toys were a family hit! Please check out the floating chairs, which my wife and son reveled in to escape the humidity. Id be remiss if I failed to mention the plentifully spacious soaking tub and twin rainfall showers. We were spoiled, indeed! Our complaints: We would have loved to check in sooner, but the timing didnt work out (I do think charging an early check-in fee is a little much in light of the amount charged for the space and cleaning fees); and because we did not check in until 4 pm local time, we were surprised to find the place less than sterling, the living space floors were dirty, and we found a couple of dirty dishes in the cupboards. The preceding list of cons did not ruin the experience for us, and we plan to reserve this space the next time we are in Austin. We doubly recommend this space and hope you enjoy it as much as we did. My wife and I plan to return to Austin soon on a romantic getaway and stay at the same place.

The Kingsland Lakehouse was more than perfect for a quick getaway. The accommodations were clean, modern, and spacious for our 4 families. We made use of the outdoor space which included a nice grill, heated pool, and hot tub. We even enjoyed the live music coming from neighboring Boat Town Burger while sitting on the attached dock. We can’t say enough about the GuestSpaces team, especially Kevin, who was highly responsive and more than helpful with their recommendations. It really made for an easy and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to booking this beautiful property again thru GuestSpaces soon!

I booked The Lodge Eco-Cabin at Green Acres in Elgin, TX for the chance to completely disconnect with my husband and dog. The experience was everything we hoped for and more. Not only was the property charming, it was clean and well stocked with supplies you need. We also got to enjoy Bastrop State Park for a nice hike. GuestSpaces concierge also made booking process a breeze.It was great to be able to see the stars again! We will definitely book again.

The property we rented was a beautiful getaway property that made us feel like a home away from home! We stayed as a group of 5 families (young adults with small kids) for 2 nights and enjoyed everything about the house, including the smooth checkin/checkout, the stocked kitchen and the nice views of Lake Travis & river from the big patio. On the flip side, the plumbing in the bathrooms was very sensitive, with 2 of the bathrooms which got overflowing, but the maintenance & support staff was amazingly responsive and promptly dispatched people even though it was late in the night, and they fixed the issues.Overall very happy with the stay and the service provided by GuestSpaces.

We enjoyed a beautiful 4 night stay at one of GuestSpaces home in Downtown Austin and loved every second of it. It was so clean, spacious and centrally located. During COVID, we pushed back our trip 3 times and they were responsive, helpful and fast acting with us every time. If we return to Austin we would definitely used GuestSpaces again and I recommend everyone else do the same!

We celebrated a family birthday at a Guest Spaces property. What a gem of a house! It was a beautiful home with all the amenities (pool, stocked kitchen, linens, games, fire pit, etc). It was just what our family needed during COVID lockdown to escape Houston for a weekend. The property was very clean and well maintained. Cant wait until the next trip to Austin, we will certainly stay at a Guest Spaces property again.

I felt that we saved money overall vs the other sites and the property we stayed at was amazing. Check in and check out was extremely simple the team provided everything we needed at the location and via emails.We are already looking at our next stay via GuestSpaces.

We spent a weekend at GuestSpaces Alta Vista property. The house was amazingly appointed and very clean. Its central location allowed us to be downtown within minutes and the beautiful pool in the backyard made the stay even more enjoyable! We will definitely stay there again!

We hosted a family retreat at the Luxury Lake Travis Villa in Austin. Beyond its beauty and décor, cleanliness and all the proper amenities, the property was perfectly arranged, spacious, and offered simply breathtaking views of Lake Travis. We enjoyed the property and took advantage of its perfect location close to downtown for dining, activities and sightseeing. This was a gem of a property and a great experience for our family of 7.

GuestSpaces was a kind and responsive as host, and they took care of all our needs. We had a family reunion this year after not being together because of Covid. Everyone in our party loved the house. It was like living a fantasy for our stay. It had everything we needed. Any questions were answered immediately by the vision board. or a text. What a great idea. We found the grocery store and loaded up on groceries right away. We loved sitting at the table and having our meals, inside and out. We played games in the evening after our pool and hot tub time. We laughed so hard and loud, I was afraid we bothered the neighbors. The beds were all comfortable and we all slept comfy. The rooms were arranged nicely. We had enough towels to shower, and plenty of towels for the pool. The water was hot because of the weather but it was checked it for us. The furniture is beautiful, the kitchen was stocked even included a Ninja blender for margaritas. The glasses are plastic so we didnt have to worry about taking them to the pool. The house facilitated all of us having a beautiful visit and a wonderful time.

Stayed at the Modern Barn property in the east side. Great location, close to downtown but also got to explore the east side which has its own charm. Property itself is really clean, spacious, had great appliances and bathrooms and great for a large group. (We were 12 guys down for a bachelor party ). Got a very detailed welcome folder from guest spaces which gave a lot of great recommendations which was helpful for people new to Austin. Lastly the upper deck had a great view of downtown !

This property on Holly street was amazing in its location, on the hike/bike trail and right next to downtown with great restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean, well-laid out, with a lovely back deck. Had a minor issue that GuestSpaces responded to and quickly solved. We would definitely rent this property again when in Austin!

We enjoyed our stay with guest spaces at one of their managed properties. I will recommend that you let guest spaces know of any issues with your property at time of arrival to avoid issues or concerns with the security deposit. The place was not as clean as we would have expected. Guest spaces did work with us and our issues were resolved. I appreciate their willingness to make things right.

I am leaving a review based on the experience I had working with Kevin. He was timely in responses and gave me all the information I was needing ahead of time. Unfortunately, an issue arose where we were not able to stay in one of his properties. He contacted me immediately and let me know the property would not be ready by the time of our stay. It was unfortunate but he was thoughtful in letting us know ahead of time instead of hoping the issue would be fixed when it would not have been, leaving us out of a place to stay. Also, he refunded us completely with no hassle or questions. Long story short, he was great to work with.
