    Vera and Chris are one of the most efficient and professional power couples in the Real Estate world. They did an excellent job managing a multi-family property AND selling it eventually to another investor. They are great communicators, have a robust knowledge of the real estate market in the Houston area, and they always think of whats best for the client in terms of negotiation and contractual agreements.     The Guardian Property Management Team of Chris and Vera have been a life saver for me! After the loss of my husband in 2021, two rental properties became mine to take care of. It quickly became very overwhelming without my husbands help. After searching for a property management company, that could help me.... I met Chris, and what a blessing he has been! He stepped in and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a renter that needed to be evicted. Chris got that problem taken care of quickly and has already inventoried the home inside and out.     I highly recommend Guardian Property Management! Chris and Vera have been phenomenal, and have taken all the headache and stress out of our hands in renting and managing our rental property in Spring. They are always super prompt, efficient and professional, and took care of my property as their own.     Chris and Vera are amazing people. They respond immediately and are great with tenants. They work with the tenant to find solutions when issue arises.     I tried to rent out my house to some associates, but it became a stressful affair trying to work my job and figure out the ins and outs of managing a rental property.I contacted Chris due to Guardian Property Management’s high rating on Google, and I was not disappointed.     Vera and Chris listed my house for lease. Once listed for lease, it was off the market quickly and tenants were moved in two weeks later! I am very confident in the tenants per their screening process and they really were great and handling my concerns and walking me through several aspects of change in property code since I had leased the home prior. I am also very excited at how simple the process will be going forward with their services as well as how they handle distributions monthly. I definitely recommend Vera and Chris.

    Chris and Vera Matson are an amazing duo who have helped us through a very trying transition from a management company which both ignored our tenants and dropped all communication with us. Chris has been great from the first day, helping me with what steps to take next in both trying to resolve our issues with the old management company and get our properties and tenants on board with him. Vera has done a wonderful job of refurbishing two empty properties that were in pretty bad disrepair. Together, they have taken a lot of worry off me and our tenants are ecstatic with the service they are receiving from Guardian Property Management. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Guardian also provides full service web interface.Another year later and I cannot say enough about GPMs performance during Covid and our recent winter storm. They have stayed on top of all properties, solved problems and continued to surpass any and all expectations. Chris and Vera have been pro-active and headed off issues that could have become catastrophic had they not been identified early and corrected.

    Chris and Vera are an incredible team. We did work primarily with Vera on the sale of our house and search of the new one. Believe me we ran her all over the countryside looking for just the right rural property and I know she got her shoes and car I bit muddier than she probably would have liked but she got the job done. What I really would like to commend her for is the job she did on presenting our house for sale. Our house showed every day it was on the market, with a contract after six days which unfortunately fell through, but then another contract in a week after it was back on the market. We received some really good feedback on the listing from friends and family that were keeping tabs on our journey. Chris and Vera have great personalities, work ethic and (trust me) the patience of Job.

    My family and I have lived in a property managed by Chris and Vera with Guardian Property Mgt. for a year now and just renewed our lease with them. We are very pleased with how responsive and professional they are. During the 2021 winter storm they communicated with us and took time to come out to the property and do extra to help me insulate my outdoor pipes. They checked on us to make sure we were ok during the storm as well. We did have a pipe bust during the storm and they were able to get it repaired in 2 days from when the roads were safe to travel which is amazing considering plumbers were extremely backed up at the time. Any repairs weve ever needed have always been done timely and Ive never had any issues. Thank you Vera and Chris for being such a pleasure to work with and rent from!!

    Chris and Vera Matson were great to work with. I was going through a divorce and needed a house to move into and my credit was less than perfect, they worked with me and stated my case to the home owner and really worked hard for me and was able to talk the home owner into taking a chance on me and that really meant a lot to my family. We loved the house and would have stayed longer but the owners needed the house back for their own family needs, and my family and I understood and was grateful for the opportunity.
