Responsive and engaged property management company - I have never rented from a company as responsive as this!Minor maintenance requests that I put in over a weekend were responded to immediately, ensuring they weren’t an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised on the weekend response as I know that is not typical. In addition, they stayed in frequent communication to me about who would be coming to do the repairs, and followed up consistently to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied.My entire process with GSG from viewing the property to moving in was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent to go through GSG, and if I was a homeowner I would absolutely entrust them to manage my property! Michelle was great for showing me the unit, and Cortney and her entire team do property management above and beyond my expectations.PS - it may seem “small” but the welcome bag when I got my keys and entered my property for the first time was a very nice touch! Some simple and small supplies gifted to me as a tenant that made a big impact on making me feel more comfortable and assured I had made the right choice! Thanks so much Cortney.

After reading these questionable negative reviews, I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience renting from GSG Property Management and working with Cortney Gill! We had the pleasure of renting through Cortney Gill and her team at GSG Property Management, and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From start to finish, Cortney and her team were incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient in handling every aspect of my rental process. From the moment we reached out about renting one of her properties, the professionalism and warmth of the team were evident. Cortney, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our rental process was smooth sailing from start to finish.First and foremost, Cortneys communication skills are exemplary. She promptly responded to all of our inquiries, whether it was via email, phone, or in person. She made sure that we were well-informed at every step of the process, from initial viewing to signing the lease agreement. Her transparency and honesty were greatly appreciated and helped to build a sense of trust and confidence in the rental process.Additionally, the property management services provided by GSG Property Management are top-notch. Cortney Gill w/GSG Property Management has been amazing! We have used Cortney multiple times in the past. We have rented a home utilizing GSG Mgmt and also sold a home turning a nice profit. Cortney and her staff are very professional, detail oriented, and are dedicated to customer service.While renting, Cortney was very responsive to any/all issues we had and the move-in and move-out process was seamless. We rented a new build home and there were many structural issues which Cortney spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with the builder to get the issues resolved, and she personally made multiple visits to the property to ensure that we were satisfied and didnt have any further issues. I would most definitely recommend GSG Property Management/Cortney Gill to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, property management service.

Ive had a fantastic experience with GSG Property Management! As a renter, its great to know that theyre always responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. The property is always well-maintained, and theyve even gone above and beyond by planting new trees and bushes, which has really enhanced the propertys curb appeal. Ive been a tenant for over 2 years now, and the team at GSG has consistently demonstrated their professionalism, efficiency, and care for both their properties and tenants. Cortney Gill and GSG have been the best thing that happened to me and my family in relation to real estate. We trust her and her team so much that she was our property manager and when we decided to sell our property, without hesitation we asked her to be our realtor agent. Her professionalism and experienced made the process really easy and took care of every need we had. Everything she promises, she delivers. Her solid team completed some work needed in my property and professionally staged it to maximize offers. The home turned out to be a solid hit thanks to her and her team, and the property was sold in under 30 days. The buyer was VA loan approved, and typically properties like this take 45 days to complete. In conclusion, Cortney and her team are an absolutely 5 ***** team. If we ever buy property anywhere in Texas, she’ll be without a doubt or realtor agent again. Thanks Cortney.
