I love when I can change my reviews!I don’t desire to tear anyone down but I will stand up for myself when I am an excellent tenant so being able to edit my review and add stars makes me happy!Waterloo Flats new staff stepped up properly once the right managers were notified of my pest issue and the situation was corrected. And I just recently sent in a request to have my heater checked because it was causing my apartment to feel like the rain forest and one of my faucets was loose. Both situations were addressed immediately and I couldn’t even tell anyone had been in my apartment unlike before when the old staff would leave your home dirty.I am now looking forward to spending another year in my tiny apartment!

Honestly Greystar in the past hasn’t been great. However there is a worker at the triangle named Bailey. He is the man! He has helped us almost every time we asked and goes above and beyond.
