    Gregory Property Management has been very easy to work with thus far. Megan has been very kind through the whole process and has answered all of my questions thoroughly. Viewing and applying for the rental property was an easy process. I liked being able to pay a refundable deposit to get keys to view the property without waiting on someone to show the place and we were able to view it without rushing, which I liked. We got the applications the same day and brought them back the next day to get the process started. The process went pretty fast and we are now in our new rental. The lease signing was very thorough and informative as well as the video you watch. They make sure you receive all the information you need to know regarding renting from them and it’s very clear and easy to understand. I really like that they give you a list of utility providers -that was so helpful since I was new to the area. I called and got my electric going very easily with one they listed. I’m glad we found this place and were able to get into it fairly quickly. We feel very comfortable here so far and the place is very nice. Thank you GPM for being so informative and courteous! We look forward to enjoying this place and working with you during our lease.

    Gregory Property Mgmt has been great to work with. The staff were very kind, helpful and punctual. Made my application process a breeze. Shannon was very helpful! I noticed I needed something worked on the weekend I moved in and within 1 day it was fixed.

    My husband and I have rented before from Gregory about 2 years ago and we absolutely loved them. We just recently moved in again with them and they have made the process so easy and straightforward just like we remember. They’re extremely fast with any repair orders or any concerns we have.     Gregory Property Management has been very easy to work with so far. We were able to view and apply for a property easily. One thing that is really great and different than other companies is that they only process one application at a time for a property. This was so nice because we had lost money on applications with another company for a place that allowed several (24) other applicants at the same time. I also like that they give a discount on the application for a married couple. They also responded the same day that we put in for a repair and had someone come out and fix the problem promptly.

    There are a lot of reviews on here that dont seem to be telling the whole story. My experience with Gregory has been fantastic. I was able to tour three homes myself when searching, just had to leave a $50 deposit for the three keys, which was given back to me promptly. Signing at the lease was informative and they provided me with all the information I needed to make the transition into my new home smoother. The office staff was very kind and courteous. I would recommend Gregory real estate and property management to anyone seeking a new home.

    Great property to rent from! I loved being able to self tour the property for a $50 key deposit. I was able to take my time viewing the property and was able to take my wife after work to view it.The tenant criteria is listed on the application so I knew what to expect. They worked with my lower credit score and approved me with a slightly higher security deposit. Most company’s expect a 680 credit score and there is no wiggle room. The front office staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had.The lease signing was very informative. They provided me with a list of providers for utilities which was very helpful. Every aspect of the lease was explained during the video we had to watch. It covered everything from maintenance issues, late rent, breaking your lease, etc. We were given a copy of the lease as well as an email copy. So thankful for that email copy because I needed it at the water company and I forgot to bring it.We have had a few maintenance issues since moving in and they were handled quickly. The after hours emergency line was a life saver when we had a plumbing issue.Looking forward to dealing with the wonderful staff at GPM for years to come.

    I recently rented out a house under Gregory for 4 years and I can say it was the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Between repairs literally always being done days of reporting, an awesome yard work crew, plumbing crew and anyone I had to deal with that was so friendly, the experience was always pleasant. Never had my privacy be an issue (in my four years there they never randomly checked up on things) and pricing was very good for Tyler!Overall this is a company and group of people that made life easier. 5/5, 10/10.

    Very friendly staff we had a bit of a snafu with the home we were trying get into. They helped us get into another home instead which turned out to be a better fit for us anyway. Their requirements arent as strict as Crosspointe (who wants you to declaw your cats). I feel the pet deposit is a little high for cats but we love our house and were grateful to Gregorys helpful staff for helping us get settled in our new home.Update: We stayed in that home 5 1/2 years until we purchased a home out of state. If wed stayed in the area we wouldve used them to buy too. they were great about repairing things in a timely manner including replacing the dishwasher, a faucet and a ceiling fan during the time we lived there.We got most of our deposit back in spite of some damage from living there so long. Still highly recommend.

    I am renting my first home through this company and so far the experience has been great. The application process was fast and easy, I have some credit issues, but no evictions or anything owed to rental properties and they were able to get me approved. They immediately had someone out to rekey the locks. Ran into an issue with the water heater when the gas company came out that required a plumber and the plumber called me within 30 minutes of me reporting the issue and will be here today. Everyone has called before coming to the house and been very friendly. I dont understand the negative reviews, but I am very happy with my experience.

    I have 2 rental properties in Whitehouse Tx that Gregory Real Estate has managed for me since 2020. I have found them to be responsive, fair and dependable. Any repairs that need to be taken care of are reported and the charges are reasonable. I would highly recommend them and do not ever worry that they do not have my best interest at heart.

    To start off I’d like to say for people that don’t pay on time or don’t take care of property should think about their reviews before posting bad reviews! Gregory has been nothing but good to me I’ve had few issues and they were addressed and taken care in timely manor. From approval to move in front office was a pleasure to work with so for the record I would definitely refer Gregory, and fyi I’ve been with them for few months now not a fresh lease and not fake review.

    Gregory Property Management is one of the larger companies in Tyler and has a very good reputation. I have found them to be superior to the others in service, responsiveness and overall quality of work. As usual it is because they have really good people. They are friendly, calm and reassuring to tenants and know how to handle problems in a way that promotes good will and cooperation.     We have been here for almost 6 months, and we love it! Had a few problems right after we moved in, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very nice and informative. We have moved a round a lot the last 3-4 years, but this is the one place I see my family for years to come! They have properties for any budget or school district. If you call the office, someone is always there to help or to return your call.

    This company has been amazing! We’ve lived in one of their rentals for 6 months now, only a couple of issues with maintenance in the beginning but they fixed right away. It’s sunday, having plumbing issue, called emergency line and with in an hour a plumber is calling to make arrangements for repair. Can’t complain about anything at all.
