My wife and I are from California and we had a difficult time looking for an Agent to handle the Sale of our Rental Property in the Dallas Metroplex area. Majority of the local Agents we interviewed came across as being disingenuous and manipulative since maybe because we were naive out-of-state Investors. We had kept a Solicitation Letter from Rafael that he had sent couple of years back and when we contacted him, we were very impressed with his down-to-earth approach and genuine concern for our best interests. Needless to say, we signed up with him and he had navigated the Listing Sales Transaction adeptly and with unsurpassed professionalism. There were unexpected bumps along the way, but Rafael guided us with his fiduciary commitment and expert negotiation skills. Read this carefully and you will never have stress, frustration or regret trying to find the right place to live, I promise. Full disclosure, I had some issues with my record that made it hard for me to lease a place to live. I tried for months to do it myself, placed my own desperate ads on CL, contacted owner/landlords direct, and tried to get realtors to help me all with no luck, very upsetting and disappointing.Then one day I got an email from a young man by the name of Rafael Gregorio, Jr. Remember that name. He said, I can help you, what are you looking for? I just said, “Seriously, you will help me?” He said absolutely, won’t cost you anything, if I find you a place, I get paid from the landlord.To make a long story short, for over three months, this guy Rafael immediately contacted every place I liked and reached out to owners, property managers, realtors, whoever. He gave me answers (even though many were bad news) right away. He NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. Every place I wanted to go see, he met me right away on my schedule. Every time I called him, text him, or emailed him, he was there, answered me, responded, did everything to get me a place and more.Folks, I wish reviews were around when I was younger and could find out about people and businesses before not after conducting business. If you are looking for somewhere to live, lease, buy, do yourself a favor (and your family) don’t roll the dice, call this man Rafael Gregorio Jr, you will want to thank me but all the thanks goes to him.There is an old say, “it’s the little things you do that you don’t have to do that make the difference when it’s too late to do anything about it.” Rafael defines that.
