We are very happy with choosing Todd and Grand Welcome to manage our property in Rehoboth Beach. He is an attentive and available host for our guests and a very involved property manager. I love that someone from their company always personally inspects our property prior to check in rather than just relying on the cleaners as most companies have done in the past, ensuring a great experience for our guests and keeping an eye on our house
