Our Christmas holiday stay in this beautiful home was absolutely perfect. The location is a peaceful retreat, offering the feeling of being secluded in the middle of nowhere, even though there are neighbors you’d never know were there. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and quality family time.The game room provided endless entertainment, and the wide-open layout of the first floor made it easy to prepare meals while still being part of the family gathering. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and welcoming, ideal for sharing laughs and making memories.The outdoor area was a favorite spot in the mornings, where we enjoyed our coffee while taking in the serene canyon views. It was such a calming way to start the day.The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, ensuring everyone had a relaxing and restful stay. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully designed to make the experience enjoyable.We can’t recommend this place enough—it truly made our Christmas holiday unforgettable! We’ll definitely be back.

My friends and I had a lovely and relaxing stay at the Mustang Cabin in Marble falls! The property is quiet, well-stocked and has excellent amenities. Hosts were communicative and all house instructions were clear!

We rented the Adina house near the state capitol for our team who was in town for a water polo tournament at UT. There were 18 of us and everyone had ample space and raved about how nice the house was.Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs.The location was pretty ideal for us too. Very walkable to UT, about a mile, and the Sixth street area was also about a mile away.We will be looking to stay at the Adina house every year from here on out.

Our stay at Kendall’s home was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the cleanliness, cozy decor, and all the thoughtful details that ensured a comfortable experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental house for our families. We rented out the entire place for both families during our wedding weekend. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of room to enjoy meals together. Their one ask was for a tv in the dining area to be able to watch football or the news. Outside of that, everyone slept well and loved all the Austin decor.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The condo at Horseshoe Bay is truly gorgeous and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. The balcony feels inviting, and the lake views are breathtaking. We are certainly looking forward to coming back in the future.

Truly above and beyond service during what could have been a disaster. Upon having issues with a property rented through VRBO that resulted in no hot water or accessible stove on property the team at Grand Welcome stepped up immediately. Working to get the homeowner to correct the problem. When the homeowner stopped communicating and chose to ignore the issue Kendall worked late into the evening and managed to arrange for my team to relocate to another house in the Grand Welcome network at no additional charge. If it were not for the diligence and follow-through we would have been forced to move multiple people into hotels over an hour away in order to save the job we were in town to handle. Extreme professionalism across the board. We will be using Grand Welcome whenever possible for our company needs in the Austin area.
