He spent time getting to the source of the problem, then walked me through the steps of setting up my account again. I had an assessment due and he was able to expedite that payment. I have had major issues with the online payment portal (TownSq) for few years now where I cannot login to my account due to an unknown email that was under my account. I tried calling and emailing in the past, but no one was willing to help me fix the issue. But that was luckily resolved under Airo!!! Airo, you are lifesaver!!! I was on the call with him for 5 mins, all he did was helped me update the email address and my issue of 4 years gone! Thank you so much for your help, Airo!!!

Thanks Mercy for having the patience and working with me to get my issues fix. Would totally go with her if you need help on your inquiries!

Today I talked to Rolly Mae Cresencio to request a copy of the most recent Assessment Statement from Goodwin for the HOA in Kingwood Place Village in Kingwood, Texas. She was extremely helpful as emailed me a copy while I remained on the telephone. I received the copy within just a few minutes. I spoke with someone yesterday who agreed to send me a copy which I never received. I even sent an email yesterday evening requesting a copy, but have not received a response or the copy that I requested at noon today. Rolly was very efficient in helping me. I think that she should be an example for everyone in customer service!
