In this day and age it seems great customer service is hard to come by. As a discrepancy on my HOA violation was issued and was never addressed, I was fortunate enough to have CLARISSA CARDONES call me back after an unacceptable long waiting time. She more then made up for the delay and mix up by personally handling our incorrect charges and kept in contact with me all the way through. She was kind, considerate and extremely helpful in correcting the error and including all the parties involved in our case. As mentioned its hard to find great customer service and if you all are fortunate enough to have Clarissa handle any service for you, you would agree. She has a distinguished quality to make you feel as if you are her only customer. Thankyou again Clarissa!!! -

I rarely leave reviews or take a survey, but today was not the status quo. I had hung up my call after a longer than I wanted hold and leaving a message. Then my phone rang and it was a call from Goodwin. I revived a call back and very quickly. The caller identified herself as DEL. Del quickly gathered the facts for my questions and within moments I forgotten why I was angry in the first place. Sure there was a mistake with some billing that I didnt understand. Del was outstanding in hearing my concerns and quickly making things right by explaining where I missed something. She IS outstanding. And she is the reason that Goodwin still will get my accolades. -

I received a past due notice in the mail even though I mailed my payment four days before the deadline. I suggest that there should be a week or two grace period on payment that may be delayed by snail mail. Moreover, there should be a notice, if not already included on the invoice, that homeowners should mail their check far before the deadline to avoid past due fees and having to call to waive it. -

She also updated my account information with my email address and provided additional information to contact the community manager. This is my first experience with Goodwin & Company so looking forward to see how the other staffs perform their duties for Hickory Ridge Master Planned Subdivision in Elmendorf, TX. We have a luxury resort style recreational facilities such as lazy river/pool, sporting areas, dog parks, and hiking trails. -

Answered when I called and was very open minded with Goodwins mistake.... JC Did help very much with squaring away my request and Extra fees. JCs Patience & friendly personality help ease the issue.
