We joined Goodwin Harrison January 2018. At that time we had a tremendous amount of work in progress and requiring future attention on our property. We also had some personality issues and a few disgruntled homeowners. Little of that has changed over the time we have been with them and they have handled all of it professionally and without complaint. Those of us who serve on the board of directors feel very fortunate to have found Goodwin Harrison. Our current and second property manager since joining the company is Ed Colvin who is very professional, efficient and handles all matters in accordance with our documents. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a management company for your property.

I have had plenty of headaches with the very strict HOA at Deer Creek Estates in my 3 years of living there. HOWEVER, our neighborhoods representative Brittany Lockhart from Goodwin has gone above and beyond to make things right when someone else has dropped the ball. She has addressed some serious issues we were having with the incredibly rude staff at the pool and gone through a lot to correct mistakes with HOA payments for me. My view of this HOA has started to shift in the positive thanks to Brittany. Also thank you to Jeb at the pool or being so kind to us and making us feel like a welcome member of the neighborhood which we chose to buy a home in. This is new so whatever yall are doing please keep it up!

As a Board member for my HOA I am so please with Jared Lacy and his boss Chris H. They have help my community so much these past 3 yrs and is the best mgmt. company I have worked with. I look forward to having them as part of our team for a long time.Also we have gotten a new manager this past year Brittany Lockhart and I am glad she became part of our HOA Team. She is very present with the board and homeowners. She is a great manager and takes pride in her work and details. Also having her around the area is great for if an emergency occurs. I am looking forward to growing our relationship with Brittany.

Through the course of many emails back and forth, documents sent her way, and various other transactions, she helped me resolve a situation with the payment to our HOA. I know that is what is supposed to be done in Customer Service, but as we all know, it doesnt always happen that way. Anyway, thank you Rebekah for helping me resolve this issue!
