    Goodwin has been life changing for our community. We had the same property management for many years. Although our relationship is new with Goodwin they have been fantastic. KC, Sandie and the team has really guided us. They are resourceful and know property management.I could not say enough about them. We were so unhappy with our previous management and situation but the customer service, (Sandie always answers your phone call or properly calls back) technology, reporting and not to mention the insurance referral that is going to save our community thousands per month!!!Incredible Customer Service Goodwin!!!

    I have tried to make a payment using the call choices available several times and always became frustrated. I tried calling the toll free number today and either sat on hold for a long time or I was dropped from the call back method. On my third attempt of calling, I was blessed with the privilege of speaking with their customer representative named Marly.Although I have three college degrees from the past, I am not a computer expert. The system is not user friendly for people with limited computer skills. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me, while he helped me navigate my computer system and make a payment in full. He was also very courteous and used clarity while explaining the method to use.May everyone needing assistance, from the customer service department at the Goodwin Co., be as fortunate as I was to be helped by a representative like Marly. He is truly an asset to the company. Thank you.

    Samsung Galaxy S7 EdgeI have been to this place at least once a month for the last 2 years. I have always found available parking spaces, and as if it couldnt get better than that...they have always been quite close to the entrance doors (no more than 50-75 feet). The property which includes the parking lot the landscaped areas as well as both buildings themselves have always been clean and free of litter. There are picnic tables and benches to sit down on in the shade. There are even designated smoking areas that are NOT inconvenient to my fellow smokers.
