We’ve been with Goodlife Management for some time and while we’ve had our share of ups and downs like any HOA, Merlene hasalways remained calm, professional, and consistently open to address any concerns I might have. Goodlife takes time to review our budget, assess priorities, and focus on the most pressing issues first. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Plus, the new app is a game changer! It’s super user-friendly, and now I can easily view and pay my invoices, as well as submit work orders without needing to log in repeatedly. A big thank you to the Goodlife HOA management team!

Keep in mind, this is a management company. Their job doesnt entail managing things that thrill people. They were able to get our HOA payment down over 100.00 a month. They also refunded me for a resale certificate when a sale didnt go through. They DID NOT have to do that. They could have legally kept that money. My townhome community has has had 2 management companies in the past and none of them could be bothered to do the bare minimum. This company has their faults like any company, but I never expected to get a refund during the holiday season for something they are not legally required to refund me for. That shows a lot of character given the world we live in these days. Kudos Merlene at Goodlife HOA!

We meet Merlene while doing a fundraiser for the High Scholl Drill Team. What a blessing to meet someone who wants to foster future growth and help grow the Community. Not only did she donate, she even volunteered to contact some of her friends and coworkers. Thank you Merlene! What an example for these girls!!!!

Great management company great response time, excellent team of courteous and helpful staff. All of my issues were addressed quickly and efficiently! If you have to work with HOA I highly recommend working with Goodlife HOA!
