I would love to highlight the customer service I received from Alice from the Hunt housing. I been working with her for 6 month’s now and I had so many questions and concerns regarding my pcs move. From the beginning to now, Ms.Alice Rivera has been patient, understanding, super helpful, always providing great service and exceptional customer service care. I was very impressed by the amount of information she provided me. We are an Army family and must say this has been the most smooth transition during our pcs. She kept my family updated on my housing request and I wanted to write this compliment/review for anyone coming here and may feel lost or need assistance.Thank you Alice for all you do and going above and beyond for assisting me with all my concerns.

Standard for military housing. Move in was horrible. They must gave me the keys without showing the house and I had to put in around 30 work orders day of. Good news is they fixed almost every in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly everytime we have dealt with this and maintenance is out to the house quickly.

Easily the best military housing we have had moving was simple and fast house was great management and maintenance is fast and kind, called them and they fixed the issues same day thank you guys so much

Excellent maintenance workers. Service is very prompt and always with a smile. Office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
