    Amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location right on the river and close to stores. We were blown away by the communication with Goldnest throughout our entire trip! They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and responded to any questions or needs within minutes, 24/7. Pool was a little chilly when we first arrived, but after we requested to turn the heater up, they responded within minutes and we had a comfortable temperature in about a day. It’s a big pool so just understand it takes some time to heat up, but paying for the heat was worth it for us. A big thank you to Goldnest for the outstanding service and making this an epic trip for us! We will definitely consider booking though them again in the future.

    The house was pretty much as advertised! Very spacious and nice. It was extremely clean and had all of the useful amenities. It had high quality appliances. We took our family of 12 and we all had lots of room to sleep and get ready. The pool and hot tub looked super nice, but unfortunately the hot tub is not operational in the winter. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully some summer!). It was truly a mansion! Management was just a text away for questions, etc.

    We held our girls trip of 7 women in Dallas this year. We have all been friends for 40+ years. The house is extremely clean and a perfect fit for all of us. The restrooms are clean and all perfect for everyone. There is a train and chickens near by for light sleepers but they did not interrupt us or our sleep. We truly enjoyed this home and will return on our next trip to Dallas. Thank you for such a beautiful home and central to everything. Not to mention the price is great and did I say its clean. 😀

    It was more than we expected, To be honest I cant really pick one favorite part there are to many. The neighborhood is great, very nice and quiet just minutes away from the grocery store. The backyard and indoor decor is beautiful. The house has everything a person needs when they are away from their home, I would definitely return. Thank you guys for everything.

    We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home. There are plenty of bedrooms and having 3 full baths is a plus! My son loved the cinema room and we ate breakfast and a late dinner on the patio where there is a plethora of sitting. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. My oldest son loved the hammock! We did have trouble finding the lights for outside and I was surprised at the lack of “extras” in the kitchen. Usually coffee and some condiments are in the home but the description does say that these items are not available. Nice, quiet neighborhood and communicative guest. Would definitely rent again!

    We had a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the stadiums. Hot water for showers, well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The beds were so comfortable. Ive seen some reviews about the place being noisy due to neighbors. Though that wouldnt bother me in the least, it was a very quiet stay. The host was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure we didnt need anything. I will definitely be bringing my family back!

    Wonderful place with lots of sleeping options. The appliances are very nice and the kids enjoyed the movie room and the play fort in the side yard. The host is very easy to reach and responsive. Excellent choice to stay!

    My experience was wonderful I really had a great time at the house the host was very helpful in accommodating us to make sure we had everything we need.     Overall the home was great and would recommend! Water pressure was a very low in the showers but the bathrooms were nice. Minor issues with the home but expected with a short term rental. Biggest concern was the internet dropped multiple times a day for various durations. If for only one day I would mark it up to as an ISP issue but it happened every day. Great location, very private. Clean!

    Stayed at this property in Houston TX and had a very good experience. I booked thought Marriott Homes and Villas. The apartment was a great size and very accommodating. The property group was extremely helpful and offered all the details I needed for my stay. Any time I texted them, they answer back immediately. Highly recommend this property and group.

    Accommodations were great! We came to Arlington to watch the Dallas Cowboys game and this condo was perfect. You can see the stadium from the front window and it was a quick easy walk to the game. The place was very clean and updated. My family and I were very happy with the place and entire experience.

    Really enjoyed the place kitchen was fun to cook in and beds were extremely comfortable! It was a great location in the apartments right by the garage entrance and on the first floor so we enjoyed that having a kid and a dog with us!

    We had a group of friends in Dallas for the weekend and stayed at a property in the uptown area. The property was great! Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great neighborhood.     We had a short-term stay at one of the properties in Richardson and the service we received was bar none! The home was beautiful, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities that my family of 5 needed during our 2 month stay.     I made arrangement for a friend of mine and his travel friends that were attending a concert in the area. They were quite pleased with the accommodations and the location was quite convenient. What impressed up both was that the few questions we had were answered by the management company almost before we asked. I sent one note after midnight thinking I would hear back in the morning, I received an immediate response.Though they were there just for a short stay and had their meals out they said it had everything you might need for meals in. My friend has had his cottage on VRBO for a few years now and knows the caliber expected, he was pleased.

    Our stay here was spectacular! We stayed for 9 days and the place was immaculately maintained, everything was fresh and new, Asher responded immediately to our questions; we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house is spacious and has everything you could need, including cooking amenities and toiletries, extra linens and cleaning supplies. The backyard is lovely and the pool is such a plus. I hope to stay here every time we come to Dallas!

    We have stayed in Tals places on multiple occasions. We travel to Texas frequently and love staying with a trusted source. The places we have stayed in have always exceeded our expectations! Check in and out is super easy - places always have everything we need. Beds are super comfy and places are always very clean. Just completed my 5 night stay in a beautiful luxury, fully-equipped pool home in Dallas and Im happy to say, there is nothing negative to report. Only request we had was for the pool to be cleaned, after a few days of staying there, the pool guy came before we made it back from lunch. Impeccable service!

    Stayed at house through Airbnb. House was fantastic and clean. Older craftsman style which had been beautifully updated. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (even washing machine/dryer with detergent available). Host checked in daily to make sure everything was ok.     We traveled to Dallas for work and to visit family. We stayed at a property not to far from family. Check- in was easy, host responses were very quick and the property was great!! Only issue, wish it was not winter because the pool was beautiful.

    My family stayed at a Goldnest Property via AirBnB. Our host, Jeovanni was quick, within a minute or two, to return replies via the AirBnB app for any questions I had. The check-in/out process was simple and efficient. We found the house spacious, appropriately furnished and absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was a real plus for me. Equipped with a pro-sumer gas range with 5 large burners was a real treat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and I dont think I got better sleep. There were plenty of towels and all of the usual stuff that was expected was available. There are really no cons to this property and I would most certainly book this home for future visits to the Dallas area.

    My family and I stayed in one of the AirBNB properties in the DFW area that is managed by the Goldnest Property Management office in Dallas for a little more than 2 months from Dec’21-Feb’22 and the management was very professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever an issue arose, which was not often.     Can I put 6 stars??? I am big fan! 4 months ago my husband and I had to relocate to Houston TX. We didn’t want to sell our house as we LOVE it and want to return to it in 2.5 years. We were looking into short term rental option as we come back to Dallas every 2 weekends, but wasn’t sure if it can be done remotely. Then we heard about goldnest – we contact them and met Asher. The rest is history, All we do now is counting the money in the bank haha! We are able to monitor our house performances live time at any moment through goldnest’s owner portal. But most important(!) our house is making a killing 😊!!! it literally generate us another income and much higher than what we ever imagined.goldnest team is very kind, professional and mostly available!
