Mr Ozbent is a great property manager and he has been pleasant to work with managing our home in Corpus Christi while we live out of state. We are very happy with the tenant he found. Oh he is also a great Realtor. He helped us to buy our very first investment property in Corpus. We highly recommend him to anyone who plans to buy, sell or rent out their property. I was an out of town owner and Erik Ozbent was our property manager. He was an excellent property manager. Then we have decided to sell our investment property in Corpus Christi. He managed the listing, showing, negotiation and closing process. Everything was handled professionally with no issues at all.
