Lived at the Hawthorne location for 6 months. The location and studio quality for the price was undeniably a great value. Management is prompt and easy to contact. The property manager Lisa was always present making sure everyone’s needs were met. More than once she has gone out of her way to make sure I was accommodated. If they had a 3 bedroom unit I would’ve extended my lease. Highly recommended that you live here!

I have been renting from them since this past December. Lisa worked with me and made the application process very easy, especially since I was stuck out of town for work longer than expected.She has also been very nice and helpful during the move in, and attentive to any questions I have had. She discovered an issue with the hot water heater, let me know, and before I needed a hot shower the next morning it was fixed. I definitely reccomend renting and having her as your manager.

The manager Lisa is amazing! Always on top of things, very friendly and very efficient. She keeps up with the property and is always available when needed. Best property manager I have ever dealt with.The property is a bit old, but she and the maintenance people keep it up an running quite well.

I recently renewed my lease with Global Star Properties for another year. Much of my choice to renew stems from the customer service that I have received from Global Star, specifically the property manager, Lisa. To date, Lisa has made sure any issues that I have reported have been addressed promptly and professionally. If she says she will take care of it, it will be taken care of. I work in the medical center so the location of the property is a perfect 10 minute ride or 20 minute walk to work!

Moving in here was quick and easy, and Lisa has been very accommodating. We love the location and the friendliness of the community here. Its a breath of fresh air having a property manager who actually cares about her tenants and is down to earth. We would be happy living here for quite a long time ☺

My girlfriend and I have lived at a Global Star Property in Montrose for over 8 months and are really happy with our apartment and the service Global Star provides to us as tenants. Our landlord, Lisa, is very hardworking, friendly and accommodating to our requests for repairs or complaints about various issues. We could not ask for a better landlord and highly recommend this company!

Ive been leaving here for 2 years now and I just renewed again. Friendly neighbors, and in a calm and centric neighborhood. Any problem with appliances and works in the apartment are personally supervised, and sometimes done, by the excellent property manager Lisa.

This has been the greatest property I have ever lived at. A hidden gem in Montrose with perfect location, super clean, super quiet, and the best management and staff ever. Was a resident at the 1419 Hawthrone location. The property is GREAT! Clean, well maintained grounds and friendly staff. Lisa is AMAZING!!!! Highly recommended. If i ever rent again and there are units available, i would return.
