I have been with Gerard for over 2 years and they have been nothing but great. If something is broken, someone is here to fix it literally the next day. One time I was only able to make a partial payment on time and they didn’t hassle me. They just asked for the date that I would have the rest. -

Weve rented from Gerard for a little over a year now. Great folks to work with. They manage a lot of properties in the area, so theres plenty of selection. Easy to contact and respond quickly to inquiries about maintenance, etc. -

Absolutely love Gerard real estate. Mike has been amazing helping us. We had a pretty big plumbing issue right after we moved in, during the Thanksgiving holiday and they didnt hesitate to get us taken care of and back in working order. We really appreciate all the have done so far and love having them as our rental company. -

They were fair. I loved all the ladies at the office (except 1). Always friendly and wanting to help. Justin in maintenance is next level. Guy seems genuinely concerned about your issues. Was able to work magic even though the property owner was cheap. Probably the best management company I have dealt with as a tenent. -

Their team makes rental property ownership so much easier because they take care of your property, your renters, and the documentation! What more can you ask for?
