Ive been working with Austin since the beginning of the year and hes been knowledgeable, reliable, and successful at renting out my property. I would definitely recommend him to others. At the beginning he worked with me on a strategy that made sense for my house, and hes been able to keep it rented at a good rate. Hes extremely attentive to guests, and his team (cleaning & handyman) have done great jobs when called upon.

Having Gentlenest manage our property is unquestionably, one of the best choices weve made. Weve managed our own AirBnB in the past, but Austin & Gentlenest bring a level of professionalism & organization to the table. Hello, weve been using Gentlenest for 18 months and they have been a gift from the Property Management Gods. From the beginning hes had a keen eye for detail, process oriented and delighting guests to keep our five star Bnb rating. The company owners and employees are technology forward, kind, responsive and proactive... what else could I ask from a PM? I highly recommend Gentlenest. During your onboarding meeting, I recommend being extra forthcoming about information relating to your home and what you expect from guests. Austin, has relayed this via the listing and guest welcome emails and its prevented us from potential issues we expected would happen. Enjoy, youre in great hands.

Gentlenest is a great company! I had an extremely helpful conversation with Austin who reviewed my property, patiently talked on the phone with me through all the details of getting a vacation rental set up, and sent me a very professional assessment of how much I could expect to make. After looking at a number of different management options, I would say their rates are one of the best in the industry for the services offered. I would definitely recommend them!

Gentlenest has made it easy to get the most out of our rental property. Naturally, any property owner will have some reservations or concerns about regularly renting out a home that they care very much about. Austin has made it feel as though I dont need to worry about any of it though. On the rare occasion in which an issue does arise with a guest or otherwise, he has been quick to resolve it in a way that leaves everyone happy. Highly recommended.

Austin and his team have been an increasingly great experience to work with for the past year. Hes extremely accommodating both for myself (the owner) and for guests, and has a customer-first approach to every situation. He always has a great attitude and has made my rental property experience easier overall. He listens to (and relays) feedback, and is always responsive and transparent. Hes even offered on multiple occasions to cover the cost of incidentals, and often runs decisions by me before making them (which I like). Hes refined and grown his business in the time Ive worked with him, and I can only assume it will keep getting better.
