    Top notch staff. Will take care of your property and enforce the lease terms appropriately; designating what the owner is responsible for in terms of repairs and what the tenants duties are under the contract. Too often tenants feel entitled and feel it is acceptable to pressure the owner to make unnecessary repairs. Renting should be a rewarding experience for both parties. I am impressed by how Gordon and Bilyeu has helped set the stage for a mutually beneficial tenant-landlord relationship.

    I’ve been in contact with Eric at G&B since the beginning of my search in mid May. So far hes been the best agent among all other ones. He has been very responsive proactive and extremely patient with me. Austin market has some really nasty agents that are there to scam you by collecting infinite amount of application fee for a listing, but that’s not the case with G&B.
