I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough! From the moment I moved in, I have been impressed with the level of professionalism and care from the management and office staff. Maria, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met.What really stands out to me is the cleanliness of the outside areas. Its clear that the management team takes great pride in maintaining the grounds, and it makes such a difference in creating a pleasant living environment.Overall, I am so happy with my decision to live here, and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Me and my Brother have lived her for 5+ years now. It is a safe and nice place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful, Never playing loud music into the night. The front office and Maintenance staff has been improving over the past year.

I’ve never lived in a place like this before. I really recommend 100%, very good services and special maintenance. The apartments are in good conditions and the location is perfect 👌. The attention of that place and its workers is exceptional. I was living there for 2 years before I moved to LA. Thanks so much to that team. 🙏🙏

Ive lived here for awhile anytime I had to call for any type of work order Maria was always helpful. Not once I had any issues with her . She is very sweet and kind .

We just moved in here a week ago and it’s amazing. They made the move in process so easy with flexible timing on when to send our contracts and how to give the deposits. The man who lived in our apartment before us lived here for 10 years and moved to a bigger one. They replaced our dishwasher, flooring carpet, cabinets, new patio paint everything. The patios have such a wonderful wide space that there’s plenty of storage room out there or if you just want to put some plants out and decorate. I love that the flooring isn’t carpet and it is vinyl flooring and makes it such easy cleanup. I can not complain so far.

We moved into a 2 bedroom in September 2016, we were waiting for a 3 bedroom to open up. The apartments are a little old but for the price it is nice. The real reason I love living here so much is the management. Alma (The property manager) is amazing. She is the nicest apartment manager I have ever met and I have lived in over 20 apartments around the country. She listens when you have a problem, she jumps into action when you need her and she cares about the residents like they are family. The grounds are always so well kept thanks to the maintenance guys. I think the main guy is Orlando? I think that is his name, he is my favorite maintenance guys. He always explains things well and gets to fixing problems quickly. There are some tenants here that make you want to pull your hair out because they just act like they do not care about pride in their home but that is a personal issue and I am sure if they were breaking any rules the management would deal with them. We are about to move into a home we had built and we will miss this place very much!

Stayed there for 2years. It was nice, safe and being in Central Tx it had minimal insect problem. I didnt see a roach or pests inside our apartment. This was before the pandemic

This is a great family friendly apartment complex. Quite community! The playground is a hit in our house, also. The apartments have a modern feel to them. They have plenty of room for you to walk your pets and convenient doggy bags and bins spread out throughout the complex. The patios are also very spacious.

Ive been leaving here since 2017. I didnt have any major issues. Every time I needed something done, Maria was always on top of it to resolve the issue .
