Kelly with Fowler has been absolutely incredible. At first, it daunting for me at first to lease from a property management company for the first as opposed to a traditional apartment complex. I almost backed out, but the broker Adam was upfront, honest, and personable and that is what sold me. He treated me as if I were buying. Kelly is the same. I feel like a client as apposed to a tenant/lessee. I was a multi property leasing agent and work as an account manager for a Fortune 500 company yet Kelly’s customer care is truly exceptional and some of the best I have ever seen. 10 stars.

Had a great experience with Serenity and Amelia. Serenity was very quick to accommodate my last minute needs of a place for a family member. I would’ve loved to have been able to have the place at the originally showed us, but it was already taken. Amelia took a better part of her day showing me other units, and stated that they would have another one ready as soon as possible. I love the fact that both ladies worked with me while my family member had to be at work and was not available. Repairs and replacement of items was done as stated. Home was clean, with only minor repairs having to be completed. The app is very easy to use. I appreciate the communication and follow up!

Fowler Property Management is AWESOME! They have managed my portfolio of 3 different properties 2 in Dallas and one in Houston for over 5 years and I have no complaints! The owner Blake is great and has superb communication skills. He is not looking it cut corners and I feel that he genuinely loves and is passionate about what he does and he has a great team behind him. Fowler has been exceptional in their services from handling maintenance request promptly to efficient communication with tenants. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. The dedication to ,maintaining my properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction is commendable. If you’re looking for a place…you cannot go wrong with Fowler. I have had several apartments in the past and I have never had a property management company be so communicative, helpful, and willing to problem solve with you and help you get the best place for you. I worked with Kris and he is absolutely amazing. Any questions I had I would text him and he would get me the answer whether it was in or the same day he got me the information that I needed. He and his team genuinely care about their tenants and the options that are best for them.

Could not speak more highly of my experience with Fowler Property Management. They manage a 12 unit building for me in East Dallas that we are currently renovating and have done a superb job despite challenging circumstances.The owner, Blake, is always accessible to property owners and is an excellent communicator. The PM on our building is Maegan and she has been fantastic for us. On multiple occasions she has gone above and beyond to assist us with a variety of issues and I hope to have her manage more properties for us in the future. The leasing team is also great and has shown to do whatever it takes to get units leased up. They provide meaningful feedback and help guide renovation decisions.Overall, Im thankful that our group decided to use Fowler Property Management to manage our building. McKenzie is extremely punctual, responds in good time with accurate information, if she misses you on the phone she leaves a voicemail. She is punctual via text as well, as for the other property managers its very difficult to get them on the phone and you are continuously forwarded to email communication for things as important as key pick ups, move-in dates, and lease details.

My experience with Fowler Property Management has been nothing short of excellent. They provide property management services for a 12-unit property I recently bought in East Dallas that is undergoing an extensive capital renovation program.Being located in NYC, finding a trustworthy, competent, and of course local property manager is of my utmost concern. Adding the ongoing construction component only magnifies the potential risks I face as a remote investor. However, I could not have been happier with my experience with Fowler. As a landlord, you will be hard-pressed to find a manager with better task management and communication skills. I would be remiss to not give our own manager, Maegan Johnson, a shoutout as she has gone above and beyond for my team on multiple occasions. Blake Fowler, the owner, is also highly active in the day-to-day work, something always appreciated with a small business. And the leasing team has done a great job in staying on top of potential leads.All in all I could not recommend Fowler more to any landlord in search of a property manager, and look forward to continuing the relationship for many years to come.

I recently met the new property manager, Amelia and I was pleased with her. She appeared to be pleasant and possessed a great personality. She was the first person, since my move in, that did exactly what she said she would do. More important, she does not appear to be annoyed with the questions and/or concerns the tenants may have. I have had a few conversations with her and was impressed with her sense of urgency to get my maintenance concerns taken care of.Sadly, Amelia did not have big shoes to feel as my move in experience, at Wind Bridge Townhomes, was horrible. There were multiple maintenance issues that should have been taken care of prior to me moving in. The previous property manager lacked interpersonal skills that is needed for her role. Quite frankly, she was uncaring, appeared to be bothered on a regular basis. I wanted nothing to do with her.Happy to have Amelia as the new property manager.

Everyone, please listen to this. If you own Real Estate, you need Fowler to manage it. Period. Emily Gianforte is the most fantastic property manager I have ever had. She is personable and funny but can be touch as nails when she is protecting your interests. She is smart and efficient and best of all, she follows through and always goes the extra mile. That is almost impossible to find nowadays. She has a great sense of humor and is optimistic, but is the consummate professional at her job. Cant give her a high enough rating. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 100 plus. The Company is growing by leaps and bounds but is able to maintain quality representation. In six months they entirely changed my buildings around. Most of all, this Company is HONEST and LOYAL. I can sleep at night knowing that my investments are safe and secure.

He was understanding and refunded the $150 I spent on app fees.While my initial experience was poor they seem to be doing the right thing now.Initial review:Very poor communication. Spent $150 for application fees and waited over a month to find out they had approved somebody else. I only found out after asking. Waste of time and money.
