I was buying a house in Austin Tx. on a 1031 exchange and needed HOA documents reviewed. I was from out of state and things were moving quite quickly. I found Sara on line and left her a message to call me. I was amazed!! She called the next day and we discussed what I was looking for and we set up an appointment for a phone call the following week to review her findings. We discussed her fee which she offered as a flat rate and I found to be very reasonable. We had our discussion at the agreed to time. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the legal and practical side of what I needed. I was very satisfied with our discussion. When the bill came, it was exactly what she said it would be!!!! None of this billing by the 6 minute increments or for dialing the phone or sharpening a pencil etc. I will use her again for any real estate transaction I do in the Austin Texas area for sure! Very highly recommend - she is fabulous!
