    We rented from Fortune Real Property for over 8 years. We left the rental property when we purchased & moved into a new home. During our time with the rental property, we were very pleased with their service. Karen & Mara always helped us with anything that was needed. They were always friendly, responsive & helpful. I would recommend Fortune Real Property to anyone.

    Heather is a saint!! Fortune is the best rental company I’ve ever worked with. Professional, reliable, and communicative! Any issues, we had someone at the property within the next 12 hours!What really stood out for me was their flexibility waiting for us to move. We’d been in the process of building a home, but with the craziness of the market our move in date kept getting pushed back therefore we had to keep pushing back our move out date. Instead of Fortune denying and kicking us out, they remained patient and waited until we were able to go.If we ever have to go back to renting, Fortune will be the company we reach out to!

    Phenomenal property management group! They are fast and efficient at getting your paperwork taken care of. Anything you need, they get right on it. They answer emails in a more than timely manner. I had some special requests and they handled them no problem. They have an easy to use online system to make payments and/or set up auto-pay. They returned my entire deposit promptly. I absolutely loved working with them and will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises! They are good people and treat you like a real person. Special thanks to Destiny for top notch service. This is hands down the best property management group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

    Ive rented with Fortune Realty Property for almost 2 years now and Ive had a great experience with them. The ladies in the office have always been very helpful and friendly. Im transferring to another city and I am having to terminate my lease early. I explained my situation and they were very helpful with explaining what I needed and they were very quick in getting another prospective tenant. This has been a very easy company to work with. I havent needed maintenance much but the two times I requested service I had someone out the next day. The ladies in the office have always been great at responding to emails or answering questions I had. I recently worked with Kay regarding ending my lease early and she was very reassuring. I was terrified I was going to end up paying rent for two houses but she explained that in most situations a new tenant is found quickly. And she was right because thats exactly what happened in my situation. I would most definitely rent from this company again if I moved back to the Dallas area. Th

    I have dealt with many property management companies. Also I have worked for a few myself.This company goes above and beyond all my expectations. The staff was very fast with processing our applications. When we moved in, there was a few minor issues. When I reached out to them, my issues were handled and got someone over less then 2 hours! That is impressive. This companies cares about their renters. If i could give them 10 stars i would. Dont pay attention to the negative reviews. Honestly I never leave any reviews, but this company keeps exceeding my all expectations!

    We leased a property from Fortune Realty for 4 years and it was pretty fair experience. Everybody in office was decent although sometimes work orders to fix things were sometimes delayed a bit,but we had someone come out to the house and fix it. We understand that they manage over 600 properties in DFW so thats makes things a little hard to get done. We had all deposit and pet fees refunded this past week . We did not renew with them anymore but we loved the neighborhood (so do your research on the location of what side of town you want to live in to be safe,) but overall we were happy.Maybe we will even come back to lease from them again.

    We have had no issues with them. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. I can email them and they respond always. We only ended our lease because we hated the community and the school district for the community otherwise we would of ended up staying in our place. Maintenance request can take a little long but you have to remember they have to get approval from the owners before they can just go get the work done. When we moved out Bailey emailed me what needed to be done in the house and gave me 3 days to go get it done before they would send their people in to do it. She also asked me if I couldnt make it there before my time was up if I just wanted her to have their people do it and have it taken out of the deposit. I went and corrected it ASAP so they could put it back on the market and get it rented out as quickly as possible and she said my deposit would be out in the mail by the end of the next business day. No problems on my end at all and would rent from them again if needed.

    Well, so far I can say that weve actually had a great experience. Its a little scary reading the reviews and seeing how terrible everyone speaks of this company. Honestly, we have always had very prompt attention to any repairs in the home, we even had someone call us back in the middle of the night when our garage door stopped working we were locked out of the house. They have always taken good care of us. Rent is easy to pay online and I never had any issues reaching out and getting a response any time I had questions.We are moving out because the owner of our home is selling and Fortune gave me plenty of notice and while it wasnt an ideal to have to move out, they even offered to let us keep the last months rent IF the home had an accepted offer. It did not, but we knew we would have to move at some point, so we are moving out...but ONLY because the owner is selling. We have loved the home and our experience with the company.Admittedly, its a little concerning that the reviews talk a lot about the deposit situation, because we have lived in this home for two and a half years and have kept this house in GREAT condition. It had several imperfections when we moved in and we added a few things that were missing (like the shower heads, batteries, light bulbs, etc). We made sure to document any issues when we moved in and will take pictures as we move out. I hope that while there are some not so great reviews here, that the company is fair when it comes to our deposit. Even the realtor for the owner of the home said we have kept the home in great shape and we are excellent house keepers. :)After: So as a quick update, we had a perfect experience after moving out of the house. We were contacted that the house looked good, but there were a few things they asked if we wanted to take care of them, we could get our full deposit back. We went back that evening and completed all of the suggested tasks. We communicated with Nonie, who was really great and responded quickly. She got us our deposit back in full just a couple of days after she promised it.Thanks so much!

    Nothing but positive experiences from Karen and her staff at Fortune. Anytime we had an issue, someone was readily available to assist in a prompt, courteous manner. Repairs were quick and I was always kept abreast of status. Deposit return was lightning fast as well. The negative reviews by others concerning Fortune did not happen during my rental experience - we were 100% satisfied and definitely recommend to others.

    I was a little nervous when we first moved in due to the time it took to get someone to come fix our fence that had fallen down due to a storm prior to us moving in. They were understanding and let us hold off on our pet deposit until the fence was safe for our dog. I was not a fan of the fencing company they used BUT the maintenance guy was absolutely wonderful and quick when he was called out for any other issue. Bailey was incredible and always made sure we were taken care of. She was helpful during our move-in and when we moved out (we bought a home otherwise we would have happily continued renting through them). She went above and beyond to make sure we got every bit possible of our deposit back (which has never happened with any other management company we have been with before.) Over all Bailey was absolutely great and it was probably the best renting experience weve had.

    We have been renting from Fortune Real for over a year now. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. When our dishwasher went out and oven wasnt heating correctly they promptly had repair persons over and working on it. They use repair people who actually know what they are doing for the particular repair job. i.e. plumbers for plumbing, appliance people for appliances etc. When the A/C drain pan drain plugged up, we had 4 AC repair guys at our house within 2 hours to fix it, as well as do some preventative maintenance on the unit. Our last place was run by a different company and was horrible(didnt have consistent hot water for 6 months). Always some different handyman showing up to do any and all jobs, oftentimes it was obvious they had no clue what they were doing. Our experience with Fortune Real has been just the opposite and we couldnt be happier.The online payment is easy, and the office staff is very helpful. I think some of these negative reviews are probably more a result of the property owner rather than the management company. Although Fortune Real manages the property, the majority of the decisions for repairs, replacements, etc comes from the owner. If the owner doesnt want to pay for something, theres not much they can do. I would highly recommend them and we will continue to rent from them as necessary.

    We have been tenants for 2 years and we love them! I can’t speak on the side of them actually helping you find a home but as property managers they really do care about the homes And their tenants. They always attentive to all my repairs and anything else I’ve needed. I’m hoping to renew with them when my lease is up in September. I’m realtor in the area and I think they are truly doing a great job!

    We rented for 1 year with Fortune Real Property Management and were impressed with the quick response time for repairs, easy payment system, and smooth move-out process. We followed the rules for house upkeep and maintenance and were pleasantly surprised that the lease was honored 100% so that we were able to get a full deposit back.

    I have worked with this company as a professional Realtor and as a tenant. I can tell you that both experiences have been great. I have recommended my clients to them and they are taking great care of them. As a tenant I do not have any problems with repairs. I have not had any issues with the staff. So if you need a great property management company or if you are a tenant, you should give them a try.

    Its been 5 years living in one of their properties and I have no regrets for my decision. This has been a great experience and mostly because of the customer service experience with Fortune Real. Im by far one of the most pickiest people due to the nature of my work in Healthcare. With that being said I have not only enjoyed living with this company but the quality of care theyve shared with us. When something was wrong they responded within 24 hours every single time. When I had a question or went through hard times they understood and worked with me. Im leaving only because weve built a house and believe its time to graduate from renting at this time. Due to Covid we had some unforseen circumstances with my job but they worked with me and really made us feel like they cared and I believe they did. I wish that I could hug them all and kiss their cheeks because theyve made me feel like family. They made my stay warm in the winter months and cool in the summer. I give this company 2 thumbs up, 2 big toes up and wish nothing but blessings for them. Thank you Fortune for helping me raise my family in good hands.

    Good company to rent from. They do not harass you about anything. Drawback is inspections annually and then not fixing the things you identified in a timely manner.

    Moved in Sept 27 2018 just moved out January 8 2023…Bought a house that’s the only reason why I moved out! Never had any complaints maintenance was addressed in a very fashionable manner! Affordable friendly and great service for all rental properties!!! Thank you for the memories!!!

    My experience with Fortune Realty was great! From the beginning with viewing the property to moving. I loved the house I was leasing and only moved due to life changes.     We have had a good experience other than a few items when we moved in but Tiffany is AMAZING! She gets things done fast.The only concern I have is that the times they have open to pay are not always correct. We have went to pay and they are not there. I dont like paying the 40 dollar fee to pay online and feel safer paying them directly. Other than that we love our house and we have put a lot of work and $ in it because we treat it as if we own it. In fact many niebors have asked if we bought it. The bigger items or things we cant do Tiffany takes excellent care of us.We like a nice neat house and lawn and realize our part in having that.

    My experience has been stellar. They were extremely efficient in getting everything done for move-in, the home is beautiful, and they are friendly each time I call. I made an EXTENSIVE list of items needing completion (I am OCD about my living quarters) and there were literally days between the previous tenant moving to my snagging the house, likely a month was needed to get it ready but I wanted in in three days. Multiple contractors have been sent out to complete my list, going above and beyond for the smallest things. For example, I noted some missing fence slats, the entire fence was replaced. I was credited for water bill confusion, though some of the use was mine. Even when I received an email I felt was slightly offensive, my agent, Bailey, was apologetic and said she had no idea and it should not have been sent. I have been pleased and would recommend this mgmt service over any of the multiple others I have dealt with.

    It really depends on the owner of the property how it goes. They will put in for a repair, but if the owner does not approve, or decides to be cheap, thats what they are stuck with. I have e had a decent experience over last 5 years, but sometimes my owner chooses the cheapest way to deal with repairs.

    Despite the hiccups we’ve had, Tiffany has been the same way the whole time. She has remained cordial and fair even when circumstances got rather tumultuous towards the end of our stay there.
