Mike was really great at getting my rental out there exposed to different platforms which got it rented quickly and at top dollar. He handled everything from start to finish with regards to coordinating showings, screening applicants, to setting up the lease. We have an excellent, long term tenant who is also happy that when they request a repair, For Lease Clover immediately responds and address the issue at an affordable price to me.
