We move in to our rental in 2 weeks, so I cant rate what its like while living Under their management. However, my emails were always returned promptly, application was processed and approved within a day and the lease was received two days later via priority mail. So far we are very happy with the process, although a little concerned with all of the negative reviews Ive seen. Hopefully the rest of our experience with Folkerson goes as smoothly as the beginning has. We are very happy so far. Most companies have a very strict clean out list so that they dont get screwed with a trashed house. We are hiring professional cleaners and carpet cleaners for our current rental and providing all receipts to the management company. Hopefully that eliminates any potential issues with move out.

Folkerson Property Management is the tops in my book. Whatever problems I ever had ,either big or small, they took care of it ASAP. Ive lived in one of their apartments in Killeen for the past several years and I am so pleased with they way they treated me as a tenant. My immediate neighbors are courteous, friendly and respectful. My apartment is very nice and spacious and the landscaping is well kept. I highly recommend Folkerson Property Management for you housing needs. From my personal experiences, I have nothing but praise for this company.

Because the reviews are mostly negative on here Im going to leave an honest review from our time with folkerson. We rented from folkerson when we first moved to Killeen, besides having to call leave a voicemail and wait for a return call for minor issues, they always returned the phone call and responded to fix whatever problem we had at the house ex. Garage door stopped working. Unfortunately they sold the house we first rented or else we would be trying to rent it again lol We never had an issue as others have described on here that they did; we also followed the move out instructions and received our full deposit back no problems whatsoever.

I would give them 4 stars due to customer service. There is no direct line with them, otherwise I would probably give 5 stars. As long as you do everything that says in the contract there is no issues. Even for move out. I`ve got full refund of my deposit within 30 days from my move out date.Do the right thing and you will get the same treatment.

Rented from Folkerson for 5 years, had no problems and they responded to any problems we had In an efficient time frame. Got our deposit back also.
